I’ll rate this on a 5 star scale for Popeyes and other fast food restaurants. The service was friendly and the food was hot and delicious. Exactly what you want from a Popeyes. The disappointing aspect of this restaurant is that almost every table needed to be cleaned and the floor swept/mopped. Cleanliness is crucial in my rating of a restaurant.

Barely anyone dining in and no line at drive-through, taking a while and not good information given about what’s good or available. First impressions are important. Employees sounded like they didn’t want to be there. Asked for medium ice water and got a small cup and was still charged for full price, got my tenders but no sauces when I asked for spicy sauce. Don’t really recommend it here, maybe else where.

I am so excited that Popeye’s has opened a branch in Farmington, NM! Now we have the dynamic trio of chicken places in the area. For flavor, Popeye’s only has the original and the extra spicy. Neither one is as spicy as I thought they would be. Next trip I’m going to try the blackened chicken sandwich. On this trip I got the three piece combo; one piece extra spicy and two original. Your meal always comes with a biscuit. For my side I went with red beans and rice. The chicken was done perfectly and the red beans and rice were wonderful with a slight smokey flavor. My wife and I decided to try the chocolate beignet. They’re nothing compared to what you can get in the French quarter of course, but they’re not bad as a fast food dessert. Be prepared the chocolate is dark chocolate!

It’s okay. Place wasn’t busy , food was okay. I rather go to church chickens or Chick-fil-A or slim chicken. The tender were tiny and thin , the mac & cheese was nothing but a lot of cheese and less Mac and the biscuits was good and the french frys was good . The restroom were dirty. Saw some people just standing around and watching people eat , even the manager was just standing their looking at people he or she would have done the bathrooms . I mean if I was a manager and my workers were busy I would have done it myself smh! But place is okay. Just okay!

Chicken sandwich small compared to Albuquerque Popeyes. Cole slaw tastes terrible. The desserts taste like chalk and smell like lipstick. The employees seem to be annoyed they have a job where they actually have to deal with human beings. And the fries are never hot or fresh. Go to slim chickens. They’ll never fail you. I tried giving them a chance over and over and they continuously let me down. Who the hell is the manager at this place? Fire them immediately!

The food was delicious. I’ve tried the chicken sandwiches, and they were delicious. That being said, don’t expect to go through quickly. I had time to get it but not eat it during lunch. I just recently tried again and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, to never hear the voice of an employee. The food is good, but service severely needs help.

Go to churches chicken instead! Ordered 12 piece legs an thighs meal with extra sides. Ended up spending $60. First I noticed no box of biscuit and asked about them. They gave me the biscuits and I left. Got home found 4 legs and 6 wings. Biggest rip off ever and I live 30 miles away so it’s not like I am going waste gas to drive back there! This is the new location by west main Walmart so no phone number listed yet that I can call and complain. WON’T BE GOING BACK!

Unfriendly cashier, the atmosphere is gloomy, food taste like Old Oil,employees just hanging out in the back,waited for hot sauce, they saw me,not one asked what I needed!! I had to ask the drive through cashier, even he didn’t acknowledge my request,but he heard me,because 3 minutes later he gave me a few packs!!! BAD,UNFRIENDLY SERVICE, BAD FOOD!

Went inside because I thought it quicker. Waited 23 minutes for 8 piece and some wings. One kid behind the fryer will the manager walked around taking notes. I barked a bit because it was taking so long and the manager/owner walked out the back.
