I’m not sure how many Popeyes I have been to, but this particular one is quite nice and clean. It’s a great place to get fresh and hot fried chicken even at 9pm; they close at 10. The guy wearing black took our order correctly and were polite, fast service.

Been a huge fan of Popeyes for years. Regularly get 16 piece bundle. Have been shorted a few times, no big deal. Get my meal today, big box sides but don’t see the biscuits. Mgr/sup says they’re in the box. I said 16 piece right? He replies yes. I pull away parked and count, 13 pieces. Missing a breast, thigh and wing. Go back through drive thru. Politely tell them missing 3. Same guy thrusts a bag at me, doesn’t say a word and closes the window. Gave me 3 wings. Good way to lose my business.

I was super excited to finally get Popeyes since it just opened here in Roswell NM I show up the only person in line at first still waited awhile line piled up behind me they got my order wrong twice. Idk how they still got it wrong,but they did even charged for sides I didn’t order…nd the meal wasn’t very good at all.(everything tasted left out for two days lol) I regret ordering so much. Even Dq chicken is better lol. A Complete sh!+ Show nd Poor Management

This place is so slow for absolutely no reason. First time I went they got the order wrong. This time we were waiting 15 minutes on “fresh fries” which was a damn lie and we still had to wait for them to make the sandwiches after having to go INSIDE and ask why it was taking long.. tried giving them the benefit of the doubt to try again but still a flop.

I went to Popeyes for lunch today and I have to say the food was delicious. The manager I think her name was Christina was very helpful and professional. Seem like she was doing a great job at managing her crew. I will definitely be coming back again. From the time I ordered till the time I got my food was less than a minute I think. Great job Christina I really enjoyed your professionalism.

05/26/23 at 6:45 pm finally got my order after an hour wait. Total chaos! Manager very unpleasant and doing a whole lot of yelling at employees so everyone can hear. Well just standing there and not even trying to physically help out his crew. He was extremely rude to one team member. I was surprised he didn’t just quit at that very moment. I get they are all kids but they surprised definitely have someone with experience working. And someone needs to do a better job at ordering. This location ran out of everything. What they did provide after ordering was not even worth the money paid. I strongly suggest saving your money and making your own at home. You can make it from scratch faster then this store. Extremely disappointed in customer service, cleansliness, freshness and overall experience.

I ordered on DoorDash at 9 o’clock and my food didn’t leave their restaurant till an hour and half later. I spoke to the driver and he even had to talk to managers. He said it’s ridiculous and that he’s had issues with them before and that he works in fast food too and it’s not supposed to take this long. This is ridiculous. They need to get their act together

First and probably last visit. In store visit. Parked out front on the Main St. side. Went in, ordered 4piece #2 and added large drinks to the order. One person working the counter, 13 people in line at the counter. Watched a “shirt” obviously manager walking out. With all those folks in line and one girl trying to handle it all? Order delivered in about 10 minutes. Looked all over for a straw, I was told they were “out of straws”. In a fast food restaurant????Got home and went for the honey mustard dip that I asked for; nowhere to be found! This might be a goof on my part because I never checked before I left. The chicken had a very good tasty crispy batter. The white meat was OK. Coleslaw had a medicine taste,(my opinion), wife said it needed more vinegar.???? The biscuit was refined cardboard and I’m being generous. Trapped in my parking space when I got out because the in car order line was two abreast and had reached China by then. Poor thinking on my part, poor design on Popeyes’ part.

Went here with my family. Manager taking my order was rude and snappy. She was yelling at her employees and slamming things around, rolling her eyes, just overall bad attitude. Took forever to get our food and it sucked, fryers needed to be changed or something. Tasted old and just downright gross, it made my grandpa sick after. Employees all loudly talking disrespectfully about and laughing about customers at the window. Sent my daughter up to the counter to ask some honey, THREE employees looked at her and walked straight pass her ignoring her. My most awful popeyes experience to date, don’t go here if you can help it

Long wait, but it was absolutely worth every moment to dine into the juicy delicacies of Popeyes chicken. It was my first time ever trying their marinated and crunchy breaded meats. This was such an experience for me, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Exemplary staff!! If only I could try their chicken for the first time once more for the unique feeling it gave me. This business is going places in Roswell, and I’m glad they have franchised to our area.
