They used drinking cups lids to cover my dinner sides… I called and told them it spilled in the bag because of the lids they used and they asked me to bring in the rice and beans. I guess they couldn’t believe the drinking cup lids weren’t as strong as the normal ones.

How can you rate an experience when you can’t receive the food you actually ordered. They taped the receipt to the bag… the order on the receipt was correct, the food in the bag was all wrong. They might have well put Taco Bell in the bag, because I didn’t order that either. This place is a joke… The owner should be ashamed. The employees need some pride. The customers need what they paid for…

Got take out from this location for dinner. Got fries for a toddler. Unfortunately the fries were really stale. The breading on the fried chicken & the biscuits just didn’t taste as good as it usually does. Not sure what’s going on with this location.

Ordered off of UberEats. Got a family meal with wings, strips, mashed potatoes and cajun fries. When the food got here I was missing the wings…Ok don’t know if that’s an Uber issue or restaurant issue but the QUALITY of food is most definitely the restaurants fault. The fries tasted like they’d been left out for hours, the strips were either undercooked or fried to a crisp. I just ate the biscuits and threw the rest away. I will not be ordering from Popeyes in the Las Vegas area because there seems to always be an issue even before the pandemic. I will be contacting corporate.

I came here for the first time and got the $6 box, ordered red beans and coleslaw. The drive thru line was super long and it took forever. The customer service was awful. Shame on me for not double checking to make sure they got this simple order right. I left and after a mile down the road I realized the coleslaw wasn’t there. I was irritated and had to drive back. The restaurant is closed so I walked to the window. They were rude and made me wait several minutes outside in the cold and gave me the coleslaw. Wow, such a simple order and they couldn’t even get that right. Please… this is 101 restaurant handling. Look at my reviews, all 5 stars, but once in a while (2-3 times a year) I have to be real and make attention to these simple tasks. Not coming back. Fix your store. It is dirty the staff are not taking their job seriously, and got my simple order wrong. Going back to KFC. Always accurate orders and the restaurant is open, not just the drive thru.

Made the mistake of ordering online, meaning my order was paid for. I tried to go inside for pickup but surprise, their doors are locked. They saw me with my mobile order up on my phone and ignored me. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with 7 cars in front of me, and only one moved. I saw the cashier yelling at the first car for some reason and just decided to go elsewhere.

Hit or miss. There’s always a line at drive thru, and if you want it bad enough, you’ll wait and MAYBE get a good selection of chicken. We’ve received a 10pc that 5 pieces were wings, and other times, we get a perfect box of chicken. Like I said, hit or miss.

Ordered online and got there & they couldn’t find my order. Had to wait in the drive thru then told to pull around front and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and finally went in. They were so rude and made substitutions on my order that I did not approve. I asked to speak with the manager. They said this is our fill in manager. She wouldn’t speak to me or even look at me. Not ok!!!

This place is awful. The lobby is never open so you have to go through the drive thru but it’s always backed up because they never have anything ready and takes 30 minutes to get your order which is always messed up. Either start hiring more employees to help or close down already and let a restaurant that knows how to manage open up there
