Got the most A1 service ever at the drive thru. Didn’t get the names of the two guys but they were so nice! Got an order for our friend and told em to “Give em extra love, its his birthday” and we didn’t think much of it but not only did they get our order perfect and quickly, they left little happy birthday notes! Its really the small things! Appreciate the 2 guys who were working drive at 5pm today! One with dreads and other with Naruto headband. Give em a raise!

Of all the fast food chicken sandwiches on the market, this is my favorite. I usually get the classic, because the spicy is a bit too spicy for me. I noticed on the menu they also offer a blackened chicken sandwich as well. It’s probably a healthier option than the fried chicken breast, but I haven’t tried it yet.

Well, I knew it was going to happen, but a $2.00 hike on fries and $1.00 on individual portions that shrunk to 2 bites. Too crazy. Still tasty. The sandwich was disappointing though. The breast was larger than the bun, but not today. We had to open the bun to make sure there was chicken on it . It was small.

The chubby Hispanic female with short hair, who is heavy set is very rude to African American customers. She served cold fries to an female and refuse to give fresh French fries to her. She demanded to give customer a refund instead of correcting the problem. All she had to do was serve fresh fries to the female. I witness this in the store myself.

Be ware of the manager (his name is Andrew Wallace)if you have your kids working there, This man is an ogre and intimidates the kids who work there and takes advantage of his position, kids don’t even get there breaks and by law if they work 6 hours at least, there entitled to a 10 min break but he will make fun of them by putting them down if they ask for their break, I had to go with my daughter to pick up her check cause she was afraid of him and her co-workers sister was their already speaking to him about the same reason i was going with my daughter and found out theirs a lot other kids going thrue the same thing!! These kids are just learning and don’t know what their entitled to so parents need to teach the kids what they need to know when joining the workforce so their not being taken advantage of!!

This location is stabbed with a lot of teenagers that don’t know the priority of taking care of the customer in the Drive-Thru I had two orders for doordash and it took forever just to get the drinks there was nobody behind me there is nobody in front of me and it was not busy at all there was nobody in the lobby efficiency and paying attention to the customers needs is definitely needed here I hope you guys talked with your staffers and teach them at a very young age that they need to get some skills for customer service make sure that the orders right they cannot chat amongst themselves pay attention to the order and the customer out the same time… If you work on these things I promise you you’ll get better reviews…
