Lady in the front is always in a bad mood. I asked for buffalo sauce and ketchup she said that’s an extra charge. I literally spent over 30 dollars and not able to get any sauces with my order? Ridiculous. Also my chicken sandwich seems like it got smacked before it was given to me. The lady who gave it to me had such a bad attitude the same one who tried to charge me for ketchup and sauces.

The employees don’t know the difference between breast and thighs.. they are always out of Condiments.. no hot sauce or honey.. it’s always something wrong with the order.. food not fresh.. this is the worst popeyes I have ever had.. smh

Only best experience is when they first opened this place. This is the 3rd and last I will be back. The place is clean but the food is garbage. It’s not prepared correctly, the chicken be dried out, red beans and rice were dry, mostly rice. Im sticking with the one on 103rd. And compton ave There chicken and sides are always right. And the sodas are watered down.

Rude employees. Placed an order online and not once did it ask me for a name but I was placing an order for my dad to pickup. I gave him a screenshot of the order in case they ask since they didn’t ask me for a name. My dad calls me once he gets there and I hear the employee yelling at my dad in the background telling him (with an attitude) to ask me what the order was. I almost went there myself because there’s no need to be yelling at a customer over an issue that could’ve been solved without the attitude of the employee. I should’ve listened to the reviews and just have gone to the other Popeyes down compton for better service and better quality food. 0/5 stars if possible.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s inconsistent. Order accuracy, customer service is the worst and I find it throughout the Los Angeles market. What’s really disappointing is their customer feedback department. You email them and they never reach out to you to receive your complaint. They just don’t care. They take the revenue from mainly inner city locations and put a significant amount of money in advertising. Forget about training and quality assurance.
