Went in there today to order a spicy chicken sandwich and immediately noticed how busy and hardworking the crew was. I don’t know who it was but the women with the tattoos seemed like a good leader. She was leading the kitchen in a positive manner and making sure things were being done and sent out to customers in a swift manner. I even saw her help a few customers out due to a delay witch to me is just great customer service. So thank you Popeyes always makes me happy to eat 🙂

First time here. I would like to upload a picture of my bone dry chicken sandwich which was shaped like a crescent moon and filled about 1/4 of the bun with my 10 French fries but I don’t see an option for that. That was just ridiculous. My wife got a large fries and it was about 20x bigger than the size of my small so at least we were able to split.

Slow AF waited over 30min for two chicken sandwiches and a 12 piece ghost pepper wings combo. Cashier didn’t know what wass going on and almost gave me my order missing the two chicken sandwiches, good thing I checked the bag before leaving. You also know its bad when 4 random strangers straight up say that the only reason they go here is because a beloved relative says the want food from here. So all in all screw just this Popeye.

However today Sunday 8-13-2023 I ordered butterfly shrimp which were overcooked and rock hard..The tenders were dry and overcooked..Requested nuggets to which I was told they don’t have any..Requested cocktail sauce for my shrimp..They were out…Cole slaw…not today!..Cajun fries? Nope sorry..And to top things off they used soda cup lids to cover the side dishes..This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Popeyes..The cashier informed me their delivery dates were off so they didn’t have the inventory to fulfill everyone’s request..But still no excuse for the overcooked tenders and shrimp..He said we should have cocktail sauce tomorrow..ok but I need it now…Not sure if I’ll be back or not..

It was my first time to eat at the newly open restaurant in the area. There was a long line and even at the drive-thru, people were waiting to order their Popeyes chicken. It was busy when we walked inside. We ordered the 5 pieces of chickens, Cole slaws and Popeyes fries. The chicken was good, crunchy and very delicious, coleslaw was a little sweet and the fries were good. It was a full house and customers were really enjoyed the dishes. The restaurant was a bit small but large enough to seat 20 plus people. Service was fast and there were more than 10 employees in the kitchen, so the wait was cut down to the minimum. I would be back to try the sandwiches next visit. Don’t forget to download their app for the deal and save money.

Complete sh**show here at Popeyes today. The floor is sticky from someone having spilled a soda. The three teenagers working the front and drive thru are stressed out. There are plenty of people working but there seems to be no rush to meet customer needs. Arrived 20 minutes ago and am waiting as people before me have gotten their food. I gotta not return as this is pretty common at this location. Management issue clearly.

I’ve been here a handful of times since they opened and now only return if I’m really, really in the mood for Popeyes. They are frequently out of food. The wait times are sometimes extreme. Some of the employees have really poor attitudes. It’s been like this since they opened this store. You’re better off driving to another Popeye’s.

We order a kids meal, sandwich combo, two.additional biscuits and a tender meal. Kids meal missing fries, the sandwich had pickle which we asked removed, combo frie bags half filled and the addition biscuits missing. We live 15 minutes away so notvworth thecdrive. This is the third visit out of three visit order was wrong so never again. They were not busy.
