I ordered through the Doordash app. Got my order and the bag which was stapled closed felt very very light. So I open it up and I am missing half my order. Now I contact Doordash because I went through them. While I was in that process I decided I am hungry let me eat what I did get. It cold not it was a long ride to get to me. Which is was not. But the fries had been sitting with out a heat lamp cold and the sandwhich had been made and hour ago cold. Having worked in the industry myself I know that cold. My drink wasn’t even mixed at all. I had to do half the work. Such a disgrace to a company that is actually pretty good I every other state I visit. Such a massive disappoint. You team needs a retrain on food safety/or to have there food handlers cards pulled. This is not ok. From the looks of things this is not an isolated issue.

I came through the drive-through on August 19th, the worker at the time was Ruben I believe. He informed me on the wait time for specific items and the freshness of the food. He mentioned the deals and offers they had at the time, which made my experience better and smoother. Once I got to the window, he gave me an updated time for my order, and offered me a small drink while I waited!! He went right back to taking orders and packing meals, it seemed like he was on top of everything. Overall, my experience was delightful all thanks to the Popeyes Crew!!

Was quite disappointed with this experience. We went midday and used the mobile ordering. We used the “pick up at 1220” option for in store pickup, but still gave it about 15 minutes additional from that while driving over.

What a JOKE! HORRIBLE experience. We ordered the 1/4 Shrimp combo and they totally shortened us using the small nugget box for our shrimp. AND then they couldn’t even put our 3 beignets in a box or wrap, STRAIGHT UP THREW THEM IN A BAG. What in the actual F! Like this would be acceptable in what why? Horrible employees, terrible management the NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and messages are full. CORPORATE OR HEADQUARTERS needs to serious get involved!

Sweet Epiphany
First and honestly probably the last time at this location. The rice and beans tasted old and the Mac and cheese was cold. The dining area was dusty in a lot of places and we cleaned our table before sitting down to eat. Food was warm but not fresh tasting.

Just left this Popeye’s for lunch. Got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. First they didn’t come in their usual foil lined bags. They came like in n out sandwiches do. So they were not hot as usual, but slightly warm. Not a deal breaker, But why in the hell do I have more bread then chicken, on BOTH SANDWICHES. Started on the first sandwich and noticed the lack of meat. OK, figured the second sandwich couldn’t be that bad. ITS WORSE… Looks like I got a nugget of chicken instead of a patty…Looks like I will not be going back there at all..Wasted of my money and time.

Went into Popeyes today just to get 2 pieces of chicken I wasn’t getting a combo or drink or anything. The manager let me know they were understaffed and couldn’t take my order thru the front counter. He asked if I could do my order online or go thru the drive thru or wait 10 minutes to have my order taken. Which I replied I didn’t have a car for drive thru and I just wanted to order a leg and thigh to go. He asked was that it? And I said yea. He was very nice and said he got me. I didn’t end up paying and he thru a biscuit in my box that I hadn’t requested as well as a drink. Very courteous and if I wasn’t from out of town I would go here again. Btw the chicken was extremely fresh and juicy. Thanks again
