I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes, this one seems to stand taller than the rest. The minute you walk in with a sense of service hello’s and genuine goodbyes. You feel as if you’re welcome anytime. The quality of food, is second to none at this location. The hot food, hot, and the cold food cold. With a refreshing drink is where it’s at! Five stars isn’t enough. It should be 10 star. Good job Popeyes on Iris and lasselle! I definitely will be returning with friends and family to show this Popeyes location is a force to be reckoned with…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This particular place I gave a 1 star only because of the manager and the way she spoke to the employees who are mostly younger. The food and the service I gave 5 stars. The food was good the service was great. I don’t like seeing kids treated like that when they are doing their best. This is a busy place, while the manager, I believe her name is Rachel, barks orders at these employees instead of help or clean up the horrible mess in the dining room, or help them as they are trying to complete orders. The young girl who helped us was very nice. She had big blue eyes, I wish I knew her name anyway, she handled herself well, even though it was busy and hot in there. The other employees were great too. I feel that this place would be great if they had better leadership. People don’t work well in that kind of environment. I’m going to to come back because the employees do a great job, hopefully they change managers. If I see the manager act like this again, I will go to someone higher up and let them know that Rachel or whatever her name is, is not a good look for this Popeyes.

I’m glad that the quality of food at this location has gotten better. For a while I would drive to a different Popeyes location when this one is right down the street from where I live. Because the food and service had gotten real bad. However this location has always struggled to keep up with the cleanliness of the dinner and soda dispenser. Which makes me wonder about all the sanitation they have to keep up with in the back where they handle the food. I would like to see the dining area clean and not just surfaces clean, the walls, tables, floors need a deep cleaning and need to be kept up with. As far a the staff it’s a lot of youngsters and well they are trying their best. But it all depends on how they are being trained and molded in our order for them to represent their establishment.

I asked for fresh chicken they said they were dropping it waited 12 minutes just to get cold chicken that I have to warm up in the microwave at home not to mention that I ordered specific pieces and got the complete opposite of what I asked for every time I come here I wait at least 15 minutes for food. You’re better off going to the next closest location.

I don’t know if I wanna go back to this one in particular. Ordered me Two chicken legs with a biscuit and a drank. They had no sweet tea or hot sauce which was cool I guess I live out with my favorite items with chicken legs. Anyways I waited literally 20 minutes and I just took my order and left. When I got Home I only saw one chicken leg and a thigh that barely had any meat on it. Was disappointed. I love Popeyes but idk if I’ll be back .

Good food, good ‘eat in’ experience. Employees were smiling and helpful. Prices are average for a better than average experience. (Only complaint is parking lot. Lots of other food places and distracted drivers. Also they were painting the pavement so people were all over the place like they can’t figure things out?)

I legit heard your manager Rachel curse at one of the young girls working that day. I got completely turned off and left my entire order !! These poor kids are trying to get work experience and this woman is PUBLICLY BERATING them in front of praying customers !! Do something about her and ASAP. Completely out of line and unprofessional. She’s preparing food for human consumption and not wearing gloves or a hairnet… Get it together and get rid of her !!
