We have been coming to this Popeyes for years and they have messed up our order a couple times or they give us stale fries no big deal (we never complain) until this last time it was enough! We ordered chicken tenders which did not look like chicken tenders at all, it was just big chunks of chicken! As we opened them they were disgusting! They were raw on the inside! How can employees not check what is given out to customers? Never again will I be coming to this Popeyes!

It’s hard to rate this today because the staff seemed especially disorganized so the service was slow but the nice young lady at the cash register and serving me was especially friendly. Also despite the slow service the chicken was moist and tender.

Worst Experience, we were told to wait at the drive thru with no cars in line, waited 15 mins, then we’re asked to wait 10 mins in the parking lot for 2 strawberry biscuits, waited another 15 mins no line inside, went in and they had forgotten about us…..

After driving for 2 hours, I stopped by and ordered 2 Tuesday specials. Was told they discontinued the special 8/21/23. As I was passing the drive-thru window, the cashier gave me a flier for my next visit. I decided to order the 6 PC wings for $5.99. He told me I had to go back through the drive-thru to order. When I placed the order, I was told they didn’t sell that. I told the lady it was on the flier I was just given. I had to return to the window for her to see the flier. I asked if I drove to the window for her to see it, could I give her my order without returning to the drive-thru. She said no. The bottom line she stated they no longer honored the flier price of $5.99, and the current price is $6.99. I just received the flier from an employee. I thought if advertised, the customer was to receive that price. The hold experience was crazy.

Placed my order in drive thru at 8:07 Guy at window told me he was just waiting on my 2 biscuits if I can please park. Waited 15 min. Went inside to see what was taking so long. He told me they would be taking it out soon. Another 30 min pass. Went back inside. The other employee gave my order away to someone else. So now I had to wait again. Was promised extra food and a tea. Drive thru guy was frustrated with the employee that gave my food away. Manager comes tells them both be quiet and make my order. Manager makes drive thru guy go home for having attitude when he was the only one that seemed to be working with urgency. Was given the order I paid for nothing extra.

Order a Blackened Chicken Sandwich and got something other than a Blackened Chicken Sandwich. Basically I lost $5.99+ tax to Popeye’s unprofessional personnel who don’t know what a Blackened Chicken Sandwich is. This place is dirty and has people outside the door and drive-thru begging for money. I will never come back.
