I went to Popeyes last week on Friday night I ordered take out as usual, I got a spicy chicken sandwich 12 piece chicken and 2 sides, first of all the biscuits were horrible dry and nasty. The Mac and cheese was not cooked right, tasted like pure water, the mash potatoes were dry and thick, chicken was cold although I waited 10 minutes in drive through I thought they would have it fresh at least I got my son a coke and it was watered down. Let me not get started on the service!! It was horrible this tall boy with curly hair took my order and it was the worst service not sure if I went wrong time but he gave me a attitude and got my change wrong and like I said I waited 10 minutes and had to park, he rolled his eyes, I asked for sauce and they charged me, they didn’t add napkins or spoons, that’s so rude after I’m spending my hard working money. You guys need new employees and need to get your guys act together. This location needs to shut down.

What I don’t understand the most is….they don’t ask nor include any dipping sauce for the sides and you need to ask every time. It’s difficult to grab their attention especially if you are picking up inside. They only give you one sauce even though you order a whole bunch of stuff. Lack of professionalism. The kids there don’t know what they are doing. I asked for tartar and cocktail sauce at drive-thru and they didn’t include it and forgot my sides! I had to go inside and ask for it..the kid was apologetic but he was like digging through my items with his unclean hands opening up to check! What the heck?? He didn’t even organize my items afterwards…goodness gracious…what in the world is the manager doing? Horrible management, manager like employees, Never ever going back again.

For starters they wanted to charge me for sauce when I ordered tenders. Than they had to Void and renter my order. So that took almost 15 min. Waited 20 mins for my food! My food and drink was wrong, when my husband went to complain about his lemonade they gave him the replacement with no ice. My Mac n cheese was gross. We were done! Never stopping here again.

Ordered a two-piece meal. The chicken was crisp hot and not as greasy as many competitors product. Had macaroni and cheese as my side which was far better than I expected and very cheesy. Only downside is they are pricey compared to the competition

My biggest issue with this place is that their prices are not correct. When you order, you expect the price on the menu to reflect the price you will pay. Their family packs show one price, and all of a sudden, when you order, it’s 10 dollars more. When you ask about it, they are rude.

I swung by the Popeyes in Livermore and decided to go for the 2-piece signature chicken. Honestly, it was a letdown. The chicken was like a thin piece of fried paper with hardly any meat on it. I couldn’t believe how little chicken I got. Needless to say, I won’t be making a return trip.
