WORST CUSTOM SERVICE EVER. Please avoid Popeyes great mall if you want to order online. I ordered on Grubhub and came to pick up my food, they told me they did not have my order even I showed them my order page and order number and they told me they never had order number like the one shown on Grubhub. They kept telling me I was wrong about my order and they even accused me trying to pick up other people’s order. I asked to see the manger and the manger finally found my order. However, the manger was extremely rude, she threw the food to me and said nothing, not even one sorry. She acted like I was the insane customer while I was just trying to get my food. I was not sure why I got treated this way. Are they rude to everyone or just to Asians?

Really bad service on orders for DoorDash I’ve been there and never had an issue with the food, now when I ordered food they literally sent me trash burned fries with the sauces thrown in the same bag making contact with the food and God knows if those sauces aren’t intoxicated, I would honestly fill a report with the department of heal to see if at least they can go back in the right direction again.

Tasty food but tooooo salty! I like Jollibee, McDonald’s, and KFC but none of their food is as salty as Popeyes’s, not even close, so think about that before you take the order.

This review is for my visit before the pandemic. Haven’t visited the Great Mall since the pandemic although it is in walking distance to me. Anyway, I tried the chicken sandwich when there was a line in almost every Popeyes location. My honest opinion is that it is OK but it is really more like a hype. Very successful marketing though. Actually, my favorite item in Popeyes’ menu is the cajun rice. Hope the pandemic is over soon.
