The only reason I knocked it down on food to a three-star was because I ordered spicy chicken and it wasn’t as tasty as the chicken I had at the Oroville Popeyes the other day, maybe they got the order wrong or they just don’t use as much spice. The service lady at the front desk was great, very helpful. The place was clean but it smelled very strongly of dope, probably the patrons but Chico is a college town so you can’t really be sure.

Horrible, I just had the worst dining experience (or lack there of) of my life. I approach the building, and its failry empty. I reached the ordering area and I’m stuck behind a single car for 10 minutes. Then I arrive at the window and the employee refuses to take my order and makes me leave. Who ever this was needs to be fired immediately, absolutely terrible, I am never going here again.

Best experience at this location. Service was friendly. Chicken was HOT . I used the app and got the 2pc /fries special, apple pie, and drink. No biscuit … They are really pricey now. Lots of deals on the app. Next visit I’ll get the Cajun rice. Really yummy lunch. Oh and I finally tried the chick sand.. it was delicious. Needs a bit more spice.. so I sprinkled with the Cajun Sparkle ✨

Food was very cold and a bit soggy when I got it home. It had obviously been sitting for a while. I always do take out from this location and it’s usually hot and fresh. The place was busy enough, so there shouldn’t be a reason for cold, soggy food. I’m going to give it another shot soon and hopefully have an updated review (5/31/23)

Went for a quick bite. Tried the blackened chicken tenders for the first time. It was not bad. It was for sure different and good. But I myself think I’d prefer the spicy crispy tenders instead. The rest of the meal was great. They have caffeine free diet coke!

Nothing but good things to say, poor girl at the pay window was dealing with drunk and extremely rude people in the dining area while serving us, she still had a smile on her face and even felt the need to make up for the delay with free desert. Above and beyond doesn’t even start to cover it!

Chicken was good, biscuits were a little over done, and mashed potatoes needed salt, just saying. It was good overall though. The biggest benefit was they take EBT now for whatever reason. It used to be that you couldn’t buy ANYTHING hot with grub stubs. Now I guess they’ve made their first exception! Good job guys! Keep up the good work guys!
