Food was just awful and warm/cool, some staff are lost in the orders, mine was forgotten because of lack of communication then fries were added to bag and sat while the rest of the order came 10 minutes later and sat because the person didn’t add them to the bag. I finally had to say something and they were going to make me wait again till I explained what was going on.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life ordered from door dash 96 dollars for a company lunch meeting ordered 30 piece meal with six different sides it showed up with 6 sides of fries called spoke to Debbie she looked at the order said it was there mistake she was sorry and to save receipt come in and they would fix it. So I showed up first person got the manager from the back told me Debbie was let go today and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I said that was not an acceptable solution then the “general manager” came out. Told me that Debbie was not a manager and didn’t have the authority to make that decision. But I could come talk to her tommorrow. tried to make a scene in front of the other customers to embassy’s me I asked for her bosses name and she told mel I dont have a boss and then gave me a fake number to the owners. It’s amazing ho such bad employees attitudes can cause business’s so much. Please avoid this location at all cost.

Their Chicken sandwich is pretty good in a vast sea of competition, but the Popcorn shrimp was great . You have to ask for the shrimp without the combo and a good price by itself but I don’t care for their combo options. I wish they had Sweet & Sour dipping sauce but can’t fault their selection of other sauces as it’s impressive. Place was busy as that Truck stop is the last food for many miles & a mix of truckers and families loading up on carbs & proteins before going up the Columbia river gorge, or people coming from the east and first stop. Pro tip, if you want extra sauce, it’s only 1-2 per order. Extras are .35 cents so who doesn’t want a lot of sauce or options? So get your sauce order in with your food because you hold up the line when you ask for more when food is ready plus it annoys everyone. Decide your order, get in, get out, don’t hold up the parade. Busy place!!!

The most unfriendly and lazy Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Lady that took my order had to lean against the wall while saying her brain wasn’t working. Another lady at the counter was chewing on her nails and taking orders calling everyone hun. Loud music from the kitchen and the crew singing along. Very annoying and disturbing. No since of customer service. Everyone here should be fired.

That was the worst food ever. It was dry and horrible. The girl at the counter was to busy leaning on the wall she couldnt put my order in right. I had to repeat everything thing. And the music coming from the kitchen. I thought I was at a club. Not sure who was trying to sing but please stop it. And a manager? In a black and gray shirt was chewing on her finger nails and serving food . I went to sit down and had to clean the table and bench. Cleaning is NOT required here. Course if you chew on your nails and serve food you don’t need to clean. The whole crew needs to be drug tested and fired. Never have I been in a Popeyes that looked like that. Maybe the health inspector needs to come check it out

The manager was visibly out front complimenting her employees and coaching on tasks that needed completion. She was very much in control of her crew. She was kind and the employees were friendly and efficient. The food was better than we’ve had at other locations. It was fresh and tasty. My bag broke when I picked up my order and 3 people responded with a better bag and many apologies! The food was unharmed. This little location is inside a truck stop that is under renovation, no bathrooms, just outhouses out front. The Popeyes store itself was clean. These people are making the best of a not so great situation and offered great service and a quality product! Thank you!!
