I went by the Corinth,Ms location day before yesterday. I was the second car in a two car line. They asked me to wait a minute. I sat there for over 5 minutes and nobody even acted like I was there. I finally drove off and went to another fast food and got food.

I ordered a three piece and a five piece. The three piece was cold to the point that the coating was pulled off the chicken. The best thing in that box was the mashed potatoes. My son threw it in the trash. I opened my box and the chicken was cold. I only live two blocks away. The fries were cold and horrible tasting. This location has a problem with good service. To the point I’ve called and reported them before. I called the store and the manager was loud, out of order, nasty to me as I tried to explain my issue. He treated me like I was just trying to get a free meal. I’m not broke and I pass this location every day and choose not to stop because you never know what you’re going to get. I felt like I was getting sick and needed to eat something. Slow service etc.

This was my first time there. The server was very short with me. I don’t know if someone just yelled at her or what. I was afraid to eat the food. I did hoping she was above any deviant behavior. The chicken was very hard. Then I noticed a cigarette asked taste. I couldn’t see anything. Even the potatoes were ashey tasting I will not go back.

This is about Clarksville TN location at 1640 Fort Campbell Blvd. This location is a mess. Every time we have ordered from that location there’s been an issue. Biggest issue is when you order for pickup you can order 30 45 minutes ahead before you’re heading to the store and you get there and you can wait up to an hour once you’re there to get your order. They could care less how long ago you ordered how long you’re standing there waiting and they are extremely rude when you check on your order. The last order we placed we ended up canceling because we waited in the store 45 minutes after we had ordered 40 minutes before we got there. It’s too bad we love the food. This was the last time for us. We will never use this location again. It’s KFC from now on

Popeye’s doesn’t care! The corporate line is NEVER answered and ALWAYS gives a busy tone. I went to the Popeyes At 101 N Ridgewood, Daytona Beach on May 5, 2023. I ordered via my mobile app, when I arrived, there was a sign on the door stating that EVERYONE including mobile orders MUST use drive thru. So, I went into the drive thru, I was in the drive thru line 45 minutes when I saw someone coming out of the lobby. SO, I parked my vehicle (I am disabled) and went inside, got my order and drove home.. WELL I should say I got HALF of my order. I ordered the family deal with six pieces of chicken, five biscuits, two chicken sandwiches, one Cajuns fries, one mashed potto and gravy. and one shrimp tackle box. WHAT I GOT WAS: Five pieces of chicken, five biscuits and the two sides. I was told when I went back that I had to go through the mobile app to get a refund. The total was 38.33… I was offered a partial refund of 8.83. GOOD GRIEF, that only covers the missing shrimp dinner! This is the THIRD time something like this has happened from Popeyes. Do yourselves a favor and do somewhere else… RIP OFFS. I will NEVER go to a Popeyes again.

I went through the drive thru at the Auburndale, Florida location and the parking lot had lots of potholes. It was obvious from the exterior that the place is not well managed but I was hoping the drive thru experience would be ok. It was not!!! I ordered the 5 spicy chicken combo and was asking about the pricing and they charged me close to $6 more than what was on the sign.

The Popeyes in forest park ga is horrible. They are always out of everything and when they do have food you have to wait on everything for 20-30 minutes. They might as well close or get new managers that know what they are doing. I have been in restaurants for 30+ years. Just close this location its not even worth it.

I have to share my experience for the Lavista Rd location outside of Atlanta! This ENTIRE CREW was awesome! We were greeted, we laughed chatted, and you can tell that they enjoy working together. This all happened in the drive-thru and absolutely made my day! Food was delicious, fresh and hot! This is how good service is supposed to be! Thank you!

I went to store #3439 located at 8002 S. Highway 6. I was rudely greeted by host #10054. I specifically asked for the freshest chicken available and he advised that the spicy was fresh. I ordered a 10 piece box with an order of red beans. I received my order to go and came home. When I opened the box, the chicken was so old that the skin was separating from the meat and multiple pieces were black. I was infortunately not able to go back to the store, but will never ever go there again. He totally messed up my family’s dinner and it was not appreciated!
