Pops bbq is the best. I’m pretty sure they’ll be serving pops bbq in Valhalla. I heard Santa himself prefers it over milk and cookies. You could drag a sammich behind a semi on I65 for an hour, get Zeus to strike it with lightning and I’d still eat it. Leonardo da Vinci had a drawing of it but mankind wasn’t yet ready so he destroyed it. It’ll make a soy boy from California vote trump.

Hubby and I stopped by this little roadside BBQ joint for a work lunch (takeout). We ordered a pkg deal that came with 2 sides (1 pint each) and 8 buns for $18+ tax. GREAT deal. It includes sauce, mild & hot. It tastes good as well!!

Food is great. Very clean. Have to wear mask. Take out and dine in. The sweet tea isn’t sweet enough for me. The lemon ice box cake is amazing. Pulled chicken sandwich is good. I like my white sauce a little thicker. Pulled pork sandwich is great. Fries were hot and unsalted. The packaged condiments : lemon juice. Salt. Pepper. Ketchup. Mustard. And a few others. They have plastic forks also.
