We were on Key Biscayne for a conference and wanted to try local places. Being tired of fancy conference food, we tried Pop’s. It was wonderful! We both had burgers and they were great. Fries were nice and crispy and onion rings were great. Staff was super friendly. Love the option of outdoor seating, too! We’ll definitely be back before we leave!

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. Crazy prices and mediocre burgers at best. We read the reviews before coming and we were very excited for some amazing burgers and great service. All we got was minimal attention and subpar food. They charge outrageous prices for small portions and the meat didn’t even taste like burgers. The shakes were watered down completely. The Mac and cheese with hotdog tasted like it came out of a prepacked meal tray and was microwaved. Nutella cheesecake has soggy crust and didn’t taste like cheesecake. Definitely not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t even pay $5 for those burgers again, much less $16. Also, if you want to know about the quality of the service, just look at how they answer negative reviews on here.

Called for takeout order. Was told I had to order through grub hub. Grub hub said they showed restaurant as closed and couldn’t take my order. Called restaurant again. Guy said they were open and couldn’t take my order because they didn’t have a card machine to process by phone. Argued with me that grub hub was working right. Called grub hub again, they insisted they showed restaurant as closed and couldn’t take my order. Pops lost my business tonight and forever because they didn’t take care of a hungry customer. Terribly run business with no common sense or customer service. Too bad, they had good burgers.

Just called to order, took 6 tries and all went to voicemail. Tried the 7th time and instead of taking my order over the phone, they said I had to order through Uber Eats. So now I can’t order because I don’t use an app? You would think when I said I’m not doing that they would have taken the order. Terrible business practice to turn away business.
