I was introduced to this restaurant at the beginning of this year, and I have yet to be disappointed. I’ve had the gyro, Philly cheese steak, and polishes from here, and they’ve all been delicious. It’s a steady stream of customers in both the drive-thru and in-store, so that lets you know the food is fresh and tasty.

Awesome beef sandwich at a very good price, the accessories were not so hot, it seems like pop’s over charges for extras to make up the difference for the main sandwich. Totally my opinion. Thanks alot for asking. Hope this helps others beware for the over charges. P.S. 2 order of French fries were over 8 dollars.

Food was good. I felt like my sausage was sitting there for awhile though. Kids hamburger was very good and so was the Cod Sandwich. Chicken tenders had a light breading on it so if your looking for a large crunch this is not it. But they were very tender. This location also has outside seating which is pretty nice.

Well, this was our second time coming to this location and I think it will be the last. The first time I came was just a week ago and the food was great.. we like our beef sandwiches soaked and that is exactly how we got it… They even put it in a styrofoam container where the juice was in the container itself, it was very good!!! So this time, we came with the same expectations… However, it was nothing like the first time. The beef sandwich was dry, even though my receipt says extra soaked. Also had a garlic taste to the meat and not to mention, there wasn’t alot of beef on the sandwich to begin with. The first time it was pretty decent amount, this one was really skimpy. I got fried mushrooms this time around, ugh, the after taste was like old oil. And the tamale my husband got was mush and had a horrible soapy aftertaste. Very disappointed this time…. This experience ruined it for us. Won’t be back. Spent close to 40 dollars, it would have been easier just throwing the money in the garbage than running out for food to just throw away!!

We ordered from pops on average every other week ,for sometime the quality has been going down,this is the second time I’ve had bad service. The first was three weeks ago the jumbo hot dog was larger then the big beef forty plus dollars and bad food. Today we decided to give them one more chance I arrived at 6:30 PM they where closed, signs everywhere about new hours nothing about closing early on father’s day the workers where in side closing.

Over priced already! But they charge 75 cents for every topping u ask to put on the side but don’t tell you! Service just really sucks! Tonight forgot my cheese sauce and then they act like it was my fault! Super low budget I’m pissed 🙁

Nowadays going through a drive-thru all too often results in bungled orders, inept service, discourteous and Ill mannered workers. Tammy at POPS in Crown Point is the rare exception to that experience. She handled every aspect of the order perfectly with kindness, patience, helpfulness, respect, thoroughness and efficiency, all with a fantastic pleasant personality. POPS has always been one of my favorite restaurants but Tammy makes the trek to Crown Point all that much more worthwhile.
