Went to have a sandwich here as part of my Somerville main road food hopping. Had a chicken cheesesteak and was simple and good. Bread and all the ingredients tasted fresh. They have a nice sitout place with umbrellas so you can have a nice meal. I will definitely go back to try our the cold cuts or the other sandwiches.

Ordered with a coworker one day and now I’m addicted. Get delivery from here at least once a week and get the turkey club every single time. Besides the taste, the portions are insane. The best turkey club I’ve ever had! Gotta stop in one day and try the breakfast.

I am so excited that we have this new restaurant in Point Pleasant! It is clean, bright, modern and in a perfect location– right by the train station! The food is a delicious, upscale take on familiar items and expertly prepared. Looking forward to many more meals !

An excellent Deli. No internal seating, but 5 picnic tables with three under umbrellas are outside. All sandwiches were terrific. The deli gets busy at lunch so a small wait may occur. Has small free parking lot

Updated review, still a very good sandwich shop, my only issue is the young guy who makes the sandwiches. Major cross contamination, the gloves he wears to make the sandwiches with he also touches the dirty rag that cleans the counter top with all the extra meat juice and the trimmings on the cold cut machine. When his glove is dirty he uses that same rag to wipe the glove off and has exposed fingers from the glove being damaged too. I have to ask the manager to tell him to put fresh gloves on before he makes my sandwich. I suggest you all do the same. This has happened twice so far.

I went to Pop’s for the first time today, and they did not disappoint! I ordered the JJ sandwich, and it was phenomenal. The bread roll was fresh, soft, and delicious, where you could tell this was high quality ingredients and perfectly complemented the chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, and roasted peppers. Hands down, one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I also ordered the vanilla decaf latte and it was also superbly made. The staff was friendly and efficient, greeting you with a smile and having my order ready when I entered. I currently work and eat in Staten Island and this sandwich is on par or would I say even better then something I would get at any deli! Needless to say, I will definitely be returning!

Food is great! Bagels are fresh and sell out due to popularity so get there early. Jana Brooklyn sandwich is my fav. Staff is helpful and friendly. Has outdoor seating or to go, no indoor tables. Has free parking lot which is great for how hard it is to park in Somerville. A must try!
