This is a proper small town bbq restaurant. The cooks are always more than welcome to make sure the food is done to your liking and that you belly wants for no more. Shout out to Joe and all of his hard work and his right hand man with the glasses and a Colorado tattoo on his forearm. You guys rock! And the bbq it delicious! We couldn’t wait to dig in!

Really great place to eat in Ignacio. Ribs were awesome. Barbecue sauce is on the table. The pork belly burnt ends were a little fatty but had a wonderful taste. The okra was perfect. Assortment of drinks and lots to order on the menu. Very clean restaurant. You can eat inside or out.

Waited in line with one party ahead of me for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. Was Not that busy on a Sunday. Definitely could use some improvement on cleanliness in the dining area. I left without ordering as my acknowledgment of the sign saying go to a taco truck if waiting in line is too long due to meat and sides taking over 24 hours to prepare. I’d understand if they were busy but I probably don’t understand what busy really means in this kind of establishment.

BBQ sauce is disgusting. The meat was not tender at all and tasted as if it could possibly be bad. We spent $60 + on our order and couldn’t even eat it bc it was so disgusting. We had to find a near by fast food place in order to feed our family. Also very poor customer service when ordering over the phone. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Best barbecue I have had in a very, very long time. Had the all meat plate and it was great from brisket down to the sausage. Coming back to climb a fourteener, just so I can come back and eat here.

Everything was really good. We got the sampler, pig shots, Porky’s fries and the tacos all for only $52. Our family of 4 are all stuffed and we had leftovers too.
