The food is so delicious, you will be coming back over and over again. This restaurant is located in a plaza, we visited on a Sunday during foortball games and it was not busy.

First time impression is lackluster. The biggest issue I see is customer service. I admit, I came in with a group of 9 for dinner, but we ended up sitting here 2 hours. The place was empty besides one other who was talking loudly on the phone. Waitress was nice but service felt slow. Once we came in we got to order our drinks and appetizers but it took 30 minutes after coming in for our waitress to take our actual orders. Another 30 minutes pass and we get SOME of our food in. They give us the wrong food then take it back, and once everyone got food 2 peoples orders were made wrong. One person got their food made quickly, but the other person waited for their food for an additional 30 minutes after we all got ours. The food was okay, nothing special. There were two women operating the front (slowly and a lot of standing around) but with the speed of service I got the impression there was maybe one person in the kitchen. I’d say this restaurant is eligible to be on the show “Kitchen Nightmares” because I get the impression there is a problem with how it is being ran. Also, tip was included on the bill, do not double tip!

Atrocious food and incredibly overpriced. We had a big party and had to wait an hour for our food, which was fine. But almost everyone’s order was incorrect. The burgers were almost all wrong, the patties were tiny and under seasoned and it took 30 minutes for the kitchen to refire a burger.

Well, my spouse (white) and I (asian) usually, we go to Vietnamese or Chinese place and order what we always have. But tonight we decided to try something new. So we chose to try this place. When we stepped in, i feel like an alien here, no welcoming atmosphere or whatever. Fine, maybe they were busy at the moment.

Got the pulled pork sandwich and a bbq cheeseburger. Waitress mixed up the bbq cheeseburger w another burger but we corrected it before she went back to the kitchen. She delivered the other burger rather than the bbq burger. Pork was salty and dry and the burger was dry as well. After I got the bill, I noticed they automatically charged us 15% without telling us for a service charge (TIP). I would’ve liked to know they charged us this before they put it on the bill. However, they ask for another tip AFTER you’ve already been billed for the service charge. I can’t tell if this is wage theft for the owner to steal money from the employees or it’s just greed to see if people will tip twice on a meal. Asked the waitress for my bill and she forgot to bring it and ended up clearing off other tables for ~10 minutes before bringing it to us.

As an Uber driver, I find myself traveling all over the place, there was a tornado watch today and I decided to stop and eat while it passed. I got the BBQ chicken/ribs combo. I bring seasoning with me because I like a lot of flavor – this food needed no extra seasoning. It was perfect. Tender and crispy, real BBQ flavor. I only hope I find myself in this area again so I can try something else! Highly recommend! Thank you.

What a great dinner! The waitress was fantastic and patient and explained to me what so many of the dishes were. She recommended the Picanha, which I had never had before and it was amazing! I’m used to a Brazilian Churasco in CT and this was soooooo much better! My daughter had a burger which was huge and perfectly cooked. My son had the Cuban sandwich and that was great as well. The Picanha was delicious and I highly recommend this steak. The garlic bread and olives which came out before all the food were delicious as well. We even ordered a second plate of the garlic bread because the first, which by the way was free, was just way too good! I wish I had left room for dessert because all looked delicious! Next time…

Me & my husband have been eating here for the past 5 yrs after a day well spentt at Long Branch beach and always received the best food & service! Fast service, clean restaurant-including the bathrooms and yummie food. Give it a try!!

Food is very salty. Also watch your bill carefully. They automatically put the tip on but don’t tell you. It is on the menu in tiny lettering on the bottom. The chickens are small and overpriced.
