Came in around noon, ordered a sandwich. I’ve never been to a port of subs before so I took a minute to look at the menu. Indian lady was a bit rude right off the bat. Hispanic girl at the register was even more rude and all 3 women seemed to have have attitude. Were very rude and disrespectful. Be careful being rude to people because you don’t know what type of day the customer is having and you may cause someone to go overboard one day and go off. They could have been friendlier. Will never return to this location.

The bread was old and dry. Not enough meat. Got a side of macoroni salad and it was bland. Im never going to this sandwich chain again.

First visit to this chain and I was impressed. Paid about $25 for 2 sandwiches, chips, and drinks. I purchased the #6 classic which was vegetarian. I chose 3 cheeses, toasted it, omitted the avocado, and selected toppings. The restaurant itself was clean and the employee was patient while I was ordering.

Been going there about once or twice a month for the last 2 years, but today was the last time I’ve ever buy another sandwich from this location. **WARNING** Never be the first customer when they just open up. I was and to my surprise I was made a sub with day old dried out bread. I know, I know, “we make our breads fresh everyday”, yeah that may be so, but this Port of Subs location uses left over sub rolls from the previous day!!! Ordered a foot-long, got back to the office to enjoy it, but could hardly choke down half of it, the other half went into the trash. First time ever I could not finish a complete sub.

Always liked Port of Subs better than Subway but there isn’t one in my neighborhood. Now I work right around the block so I try to go at least once a week. Each time I’ve bought a sandwich I had fast service, fresh meats, cheeses and toppers. I’ll keep going back now that I know it’s there!

I had placed an online order to be picked up and I ended up having an emergency so I was not going to be able to make it there on time and to get to work on time so I called to have my order cancelled and supposedly the manager I spoke with wanted to tell me he’s open until 6 but all I wanted t was my order to be cancelled why would I wait 2 hours pick up a sandwich instead of him just being okay on his dad and we will cancel your order and refund your money. Completely rude and out of line and told me basically there was no way to confirm that I would get a refund.

The rudest one Port of Subs I’ve been in. Why are you scraping red meat off my sandwich after I’ve let you know I don’t eat red meat? Why are you telling me “that’s obviously what you ordered an eighteen.” If you would’ve just listened to your customer instead of trying to hurry us out the store this could have gone differently.
