Came in to pick up lunch on my lunch break and basically got turned away because there was only one employee working and she said she had a big order to fill. I drove 12 min out of my way to come here just to get turned away. Not sure if this place even has a manager but might want to work on scheduling better. Not sure how a business makes any money turning away people especially at a fast food place!

Horrible. Ordered 4 sandwiches and realized they were all burnt, completely black on the bottom. Called the location and the associate asked if we didn’t want them toasted. I said this is beyond toasted they are completely burnt black. He then goes ummm. Did you want me to do something about it? Then proceeds to not do anything about it. Great customer service, not.

So I tried the meatball sandwich today. Garlic cheese bread amazing. But my meatballs were cold and not enough sauce. I called in to advise them, management apologized and said he will let his employees know. I hope they provide hotter meatballs to others!
