This place is the epitome of poor customer service. Not to mention the apparent attitudes from the staff. The manager on duty is the captain of this ship. This is my FIRST and thanks to this experience my LAST time going to a POS eatery oops I mean Port of Subs. Not to mention how hard it is to hear ppl before required mask wearing but at no time should a sandwich maker answer “what” if you didn’t hear the person, don’t let my kids do it and I will be damned if I let a stranger do it. Show professionalism and respect. As for my food I said easy not sloppy.

Sandwiches are decent. Its the employees that make this place suck. 1st thing they have this big banner “drive up and pick up window” which to somebody with minimal food options who works in the area sounds convenient. Except they have a an employees car parked there blocking it.

Wow, talk about rude customer service. Thankfully the kid at the register was super sweet or I would’ve walked out. Food is only ok. Jimmie John’s or even Subway would’ve been better. Not the easiest sandwich to eat for $10, no sides or drink

Poor customer service. The guy that made my sandwich was not in a good mood at all. My sandwich was sloppy as hell, the bread was so stale it was hard to eat. The spinach tasted like it was just about to go bad. I asked for honey mustard and mayo, he over did it with both and barely put some on one side of the sandwich and the other end had a big blob. It looked like the McDonald’s McChicken, the mayo is just a big nasty blob in the middle. I was working and I didn’t have food all day, I deliver all over town, so I thought this would be a good meal. I didn’t even want to finish it. If you don’t like your job get a different one, there are so many places hiring. I’ve never been to a port of subs with such poor quality in service and the food.

Employees were super nice but the sandwich was terrible. YOU CAN NOT EAT IT !!! It’s super sloppy and everything falls of the bread. Taste just ok. Couldn’t take more than a few bites. Never again.

Wow. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an eating establishment. The Assistant Manager was rude and disrespectful to the person in front of me. Actually started muttering something about the customer in front of me because he didn’t hear her question, as he was telling the cashier what he ordered. When it was my turn, her questions were short, almost angry. Of course, I had to ask if she was having a good day. She said yes, but she obviously wasn’t. When I got to the cashier, the poor kid was actually embarrassed. I felt bad for him. I tried to call and speak to the owner, but my call was not returned. Very little meat on my sandwich, and as messy a sandwich as I’ve ever had. Will never go back.

Sandwiches were sloppy and missing ingredients. Salad was missing the tomato and onion. Whole slices of sandwich meat on a salad, not chopped at all. A insane amount of black olives that I didn’t want at all. Added a practical joke amount of ranch dressing. Seriously got everything wrong. Maybe try one less dab and turning the heavy metal down.
