This is the last time I will eat here. I’ve had my sandwiches messed up every single time. One sandwich was made with all the tops of the bread and the other was made with only the bottom of the bread. I took it back to get them fixed and the worker saw nothing wrong with them. Worker was very rude and told us that “it’s something that just happens”.

They use leftover bread from other orders to make sandwiches. I don’t want some workers crusty hands making my sandwich from someone else scrap. If you can’t pay attention an use fresh bread then you should get an easier job or gain some common sense

Ordered off the catering menu to feed “12-16” people. I only had 8 people over and there was just enough for 2 mini sandwiches each. I wasn’t going to write this review until I opened my sandwich to realized it had one thin slice of meat and one slice of cheese. I checked the others and realized the same thing for majority of them. We were ripped off for sure. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a sandwich for pick up. First I had to wait longer than expected to have my food handed to me and there were only 2 other customers in store and 2 port of subs employees working. When I got home and opened up my package the roll was burnt. Not sure why they would even serve burnt bread. My guess is they knew I wouldn’t see it until I got home because it was a pick up order. The sandwich itself was made very messy did not look appealing at all and my son’s sandwich which he gets the same one often said his did not taste that great as well. I’m very disappointed because this location is usually pretty consistent and normally I’ve gotten very good sandwiches from this location. It’s really upsetting that you are always asked to leave a tip when ordering online before you have even been served. I always leave tips and was regretful that I did this time because the food was horrible.

I love this location, it can be busier than others, but it’s always consistent! I love being able to order a breakfast sandwich any time of the day especially if I have a lazy day on the weekends. Do ask for it to be toasted!
