Worst experience ever!! The young girl asked if I wanted avocado on my sandwich and I told her no thank you I have some at home and that port of subs charges way too much for it. She told me to leave and wouldn’t sell me a sandwich and said she has the right to refuse service. Shame on the manager for keeping an employee like that!!

I called in to place an order for a six foot sub for a party at 5pm on a Saturday. The person answering the phone said they’re currently not busy but I have to reserve it 24 hours in advance, so I can place the order TODAY & pick it up TOMORROW. Really? Would I be able to order three – 2 foot sandwiches? Would that matter & make a difference? What about six- one foot sandwiches? I didn’t care if they were wrapped or placed it in a tray. I could have had the toppings on the side if it was easier. RIDICULOUS. I called another port of sub location & they were more than happy to get it done.

I ordered online and got there they didn’t know where my order was, the young man was rude brush me off, wouldn’t help the other staff was no help they had charge me 4 time on the site for the sandwich I had to order again, then they help other people before me I was telling I had be at work no good customer service, the young man whispered about me to other staff which I seen him so they get a 1 star if I could I give 0!bad customers service!

The service from the two young ladies there was terrible! They didn’t have a long line but took forever! I had two simple sandwiches and it took them about 10 to 15 minutes just to make them. A small #8 and a medium #8. They gave nothing but attitude that they didn’t want to be there. Your getting paid to serve get over it!
