Ordered from our room to pick up 2 sandwiches. Said 20 min wait. Went down to check on them and they hadn’t even started them. Said 10 more mins. My husband left and came back to see them STILL making his sandwich which was missing one of the two meats that come on his sandwich. They said they were out. Saw him standing there and didn’t think to let him know or ask him if he wanted something else instead. It’s Sunday and took 4 employees 30+ mins to make two sandwiches when there was no else waiting. Y’all wild.

This is the best value in the resort for the money, sometimes simple is best. There’s alot of nice places to eat, this is just as good as some of the more expensive restaurants in the casino. Employees were friendly and trying hard.

Small shop, less selection than a full Port of Subs. Staff was friendly, but the subs aren’t great. Bread tastes old, selection of meat and toppings was good and the fact that they slice the meat and cheese in front of you is cool. The soda machine was down when I was there, so couldn’t get a drink unless I paid the extra for a canned drink. Pricing was good for the area.

Wanted to grab two subs. Fine selecting at first, but they didn’t properly ask me for what I wanted on my sub, like pickles or onions, and didn’t even ask if I wanted it bake, making me feel rush. Then when paying, I got put on the damn spot when they pointed out about tipping, with everyone else around me. No that isn’t optional, now I have too! Sub was terrible, and I regret going. If you’re at the hotel, just drive out or go elsewhere.

The people here really hate their job. Drink station was disgusting and not stocked, same with the sodas, guys behind the counter obviously didn’t care, sandwiches were gross and so was the lettuce wrap. If could give 0 stars I would.
