Possibly the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. Perfectly cooked eggs, fried chicken with a sweet maple syrup flavor, home fries that don’t even need ketchup. Savory fried dough like pocket. Absolutely incredible food. Like, stupid good. I cannot wait to go back and try all of their other menu items.#GoBills!

Placed an order through doordash directly from their website. Unbeknownst at the time, the store was closed that day. I was billed anyway?spoke to the owner said to call doordash, doordash said to call them. Won’t ever do business with either again.

I’m going to be the oddball here in all those excellent reviews but I was not impressed. My sandwich tasted fine but the meat was rubbery. My spouse said their meat was tough and the sub roll was almost stale tasting. We both ate about half of what we ordered. I did try the chili and that was pretty good. The service was fine and friendly enough. Again not impressive. Port Pockets & Deli, LLC just did not work out for us but I wish them continued success in the Brockport community.

Wow! A local deli now in Brockport! That’s a rare thing. What won’t be rare is how often you’ll hear about people enjoying the friendly service and the yummy port pockets, hoagies & fixins to go with it. I’m happy to have a great family owned place to get all of my sliced deli meats and some lunch while I’m at it!!

I’ve been seeing their Instagram posts for months and have been dying to try this new place in Brockport. Let me tell you that pictures don’t do the food justice. The fish fry combo is amazing. My son said the chicken fingers were the best he’s ever had and my daughter loved the turkey sub. Not only is the food delicious but the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to go back!

I was looking forward to great Jimmy Z’s plate…. I ordered a full plate. Hot dog and cheeseburger were both cold. The hot dog was barely cooked. There were no baked beans so I only got two sides. I also ordered a Philly cheese steak sub, there was way too much mayo causing the bread to get soggy.

My fiancé and I work in the local EMS and we stopped and got food from here because honestly we were getting sick of all the local places and wanted to try something new. Dear god did we not expect how delicious everything was. The subs are huge and filled with meat, the port pockets (we tried the bacon,egg, and cheese, and I believe roast beef one) and they were absolutely amazing, the soup (broccoli cheddar) was absolutely filled with flavor and honestly the best soup we’ve had that we personally did not make, then the Tortellini salad was absolutely amazing. Honestly my words do not do this post any justices. We will definitely be eating there a lot more on our days on and we’ve been telling everyone at work. On top of it all the service was amazing, friendly, and the best vibe. The gentleman that helped us didn’t even bat an eye when we were trying to decide on what we wanted and gave us all the above recommendations for us to try! Thank you for everything and your food was amazing!
