Had high hopes for this restaurant and the service and atmosphere was superb however the food was not what the description was on the menu which was highly disappointing. The Seafood Duo was quite a bit smaller than I excepted, which is fine but when you boast a white wine clam sauce and use Alfredo sauce instead there is a problem. No cheese or croutons on the salad that accompanies this dish. Overall it was not worth it for the money.

We had a lovely evening at Porta Bella and felt like we were transported to Italy for a few hours. There was a small wait, so we had a drink at the bar….I highly recommend the “Wiscosmo.” The ambience was very intimate and quiet and peaceful with very cool art pieces and decor. We loved the old style booths and our server, Brooke, was enthusiastic and so welcoming and took great care of us. We were glad to be able to celebrate restaurant week here! The food was wonderful, especially the pasta. We will be back!!!!

Honestly I feel I wasted time and money on this whole dinner and would to warn fellow diners as well. The food was incredibly under seasoned, I had never had a bland meal nevertheless at that price point. I ordered a full dinner and they even went as far as to forget some things that was accompanying my meal. Please go elsewhere for a true and proper Italian dining experience.

It’s a no. We all ordered pasta, the dishes were oily, overcooked and under seasoned. The salad was not delightful. Dark and dank in there. Needs an update. A party of six, took way too long to get drinks and water refills. The waiter struggled a bit with direction. Parking was fine, and the bread was okay.

Food and service were good. My only complaint is the “No Cell Phone use while seated or at the bar.” Sign. Are we still in highschool? Anyway that didn’t stop me from taking some pictures.

I really wanted to love this place. As a student I always walked by the courtyard and thought about checking it out. 10 years later a group of us decided to go and it was just so disappointing. The entry is super charming and the cellar looks amazing.

Great, romantic atmosphere. Cuisine was okay, not a lot of distinct flavor. Appetizers were frozen from a bag. There is a garage across the street, so parking wasn’t an issue.
