Adorable little coffee shop and bakery nestled in Pickerington! Staff was super kind and quick even though they were very busy! I got the House Vanilla Bean and it was a 10/10. While I didn’t purchase a treat or anything food related, everything looked amazing!

Much much more than what we heard about Porters. Very nice coffee place with cool ambiance, kept very clean. Staff is very good polite and helpful. Coffee and smoothies at its best. The tropical smoothie is my favorite so far. I may keep going to this place as I live near by and I am pressed by their quality of coffee.

I come here at least twice a week and have loved everything I have EVER ordered! However being a manager of a breakfast restaurant, I will say the service and the way they handle customer complaints thru the owner is not professional whatsoever. I really debated writing this considering I enjoy the coffee and food so much, but since the owners refuse to get back with me I’ll just share my experience instead! BY ALL MEANS DO NOT SPILL YOUR COFFEE. They will outright refuse to remake it unless you pay $4-6 for whatever drink you ordered. Even if you just left and spilt it on accident, they still don’t care. I thought maybe I could speak with the owner inside (since I’ve met her and she seems nice) and get help. I spoke with someone named Olivia and she just repeated herself on their policy which was absolutely frustrating because she showed no compassion at all! I know this all sounds like first world problems, but how do they expect to gain good rapport with locals if this is how they’re treated?? I’m just baffled and don’t appreciate how the situation was handled especially on the owners part. I see you posting on your social media, but you can’t answer my email? Hopefully you’ll see this review then instead! Please do better as a small business if you want people to stick around. But based on some reviews and how they’re answered I don’t think you do care.

Porter’s is the best local coffee shop! I wasn’t much of a coffee drinker until I started drinking theirs. Now I’m much more picky when it comes to having a good latte. Their baked goods are amazing and are made daily by the owner and some of her family. I’ve tried just about everything and haven’t been disappointed by anything.

Coffee is good, we visit regularly for it. But… we very very seldom get their pastries. The cases are open and flies are all over everything in the summer, yuck. I dont want a scone that has to have flies shooed off of. Very disappointing when it could be an easy fix.

This is a great local coffee shop with the most friendly staff. They have online ordering which makes it a quick stop if you need it to be. I’ve rarely had an order not be ready. Their pastries are great and they always have seasonal offerings on their menu. The cinnamon roll is the best, just make sure to get them in the morning or it might be hard. Never order one after noon.

Beautiful coffee shop in Olde Pickerington! We ordered a hot mocha latte and the turtle latte. We were extremely impressed with the level of smoothness, flavor, and presence of espresso in our cups! Porters also had delicious baked goods…I don’t think you can go wrong with any selection. Lastly I have to mention the shops atmosphere and overall aesthetic. Located in this unassuming house, you wouldn’t expect the inside to be so gorgeous. I wish I took pictures, but I guess you’ll have to experience it yourself. Go thru the front door to get the full experience! Definitely coming back!!
