This is my go to Portillo’s, right down the street from my house, always good service and food, but I will never order catering again. I can’t believe someone boxed this up and gave it to me. Food was great but I just felt rushed through the drive through. I dont know their menu and some one met me before I got to the menu and expected me to order. I told him I didn’t know the menu and he just looked puzzled. I knew they sold Italian Beef so I just ordered that. When I finally got to the menu it was so much more I wanted but it was over , someone brought me my order and I was on my way. I feel they should at least have a paper menu if their going to rush you through the process

Portillo’s was pretty busy when we went, but they had plenty of staff members to keep everything running smoothly. We ordered a cheeseburger meal and an Italian beef sandwich. The restaurant was kept pretty clean, the staff members were friendly, and our food was yummy. We will definitely be back!

When Portillo’s was sold to the new owners the portions got smaller and the prices got bigger. But the food is so delicious you still go back for more. Thank you Sir may I have another! I love this place. Full disclosure: I bought stock in the company when they announced they were expanding by at least 100 stores in the next ten years.
