Amazing experience having attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening with the Queen Creek Mayor and the famous son’s owner, Vice President, Michael Portillo! Food was great! Excellent customer service! Manager was amazing as well! Happy to see a location in our town!

Went to the soft opening of Portillos and it was nothing short of Amazing! Staff was courteous, welcoming, and eager to help. The location is perfectly placed with easy access. The food came out pretty quick through a packed drive thru and it was still extremely fresh. Premium burger is an understatement, as it was loaded with fresh veggies and had a perfectly seasoned patty. Definitely a must visit when you’re in Queen Creek and looking for fresh food, fast!

Excellent service, excellent food! I was disappointed that there were no discounts for seniors or military even though there’s an American Flag posted honoring the ” Greatest Generation”. What gives? Is this a French owned company? Feel free to troll but then, you wouldn’t know.

Friendly people but could have been a 5 star if I had gotten my cheese sauce plus both big beef sandwiches had very very very very very very soggy bread. It was my first time also.
