First time at Portillo’s and it definitely became a come back! The place feels amazing, cozy and it has an authentic style, you can think of this particular aesthetic when you hear the name “Portillo”. What I like the most about this place is that the food doesn’t taste like the generic fast food type. I had a spicy chicken sandwich which was really good! The bun was just perfect and the chicken was really crunchy but moist at the same time. The fries are delicious too but not really remarkable, I wish they were crispier. In general, you should really try this food if you haven’t! I bet you would come back many times.

The food was okay. We had the Italian beef sandwich with the peppers with oily sauce. It was good, but they put a little too much sauce, and it makes the bread soggy. I recommend eating there if you want to try this sandwich. We also had the rodeo burger, and it was okay. The place looks nice inside. There is outdoor seating that is covered.

First time visiting this NEW Portillo’s. The food was great! It was nice and hot! I tried the single cheeseburger and made it a combo with fries and a drink. If you like charbroiled hamburgers you will like it! We shared a chocolate eclair and a strawberry shortcake for dessert and they were delicious! We were greeted at the door and the staff was super nice! It is decorated really cool inside!

Ordered the #5 which was sausage and Italian beef, fries and a coke. First visit here. Sandwich was very good, fries were hot and fresh. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. A bit pricey but still a great experience. Will go back.

Our meal was outstanding! I had the Italian beef extra wet with mozzarella with sweet and hot peppers. That was one of the best Italian beefs ever. The extra dipping sauce could be served as a soup, it’s that good. Of course, you have to get the chocolate cake shake. My daughters had chocolate cake milkshake mustaches by the time we finished. Such a fantastic family experience!

The is the 2nd Portillo’s in the area. This location is now my favorite. The food is always good here burgers, hotdogs, fries, and the cake (you can’t go wrong). The chili hot dog may be a bit messy but delicious. The fries are just okay. They have the best staff.

Honest unbiased review: The staff were super friendly and service was top notch. The store was clean but bathrooms were so-so. We were a party of four and spent almost $70. We ordered Italian beef sandwiches, fries, hot dog, chicken noodle soup, onion rings, cheese sauce, Greek salad with chicken, side of au jus and two drinks. The greek salad according to my son was really good, chicken was juicy and room temperature. The hot dog was one of the best he tasted and the fries were just ok nothing to brag about. We all agreed about the fries. My daughter had the chicken noodle and liked it a lot. She said it was good. My husband and I had the Italian beef sandwich and big beef Sandwich.

Another great location of portillos. Food wasn’t a five just because I tried a menu item I hadn’t eaten before which was the fish sandwich and it was ok not great. Overly drenched in tartar sauce which was not the best flavored tartar sauce I’ve eaten to begin with. Otherwise still delicious food, great service, always on time and correct order picking, and one of my go to fast food places for Quality and consistency. Love the classic American atmosphere to boot.

Very disappointed, been wanting to try this place for awhile now. Service was good from the door greater to the cashers to the service people walking around. Price and food quality wasn’t. First , no prices posted until you order. Wife and I ordered the number one roast beef sandwich combo, fries and drink, small. I ordered the number 5 steak-umm with sausage and peppers combo, smalls. Side of cheese for fries dipping, .99 cents extra, no problem. Cheese was half full, nothing like in the pictures. Sandwich bread, hoagie style was completely soggy. Meat was over cooked and my #5 sausage was not good. My fries were very good but my wife’s must have been an older batch. Wasn’t busy when we ordered, could explain the difference in fries because they got very busy when we were seated. We also payed $32.23 for this. No problem paying that much as long as the quality of food is worth it. I feel we could’ve went to several other restaurants and paid less for better quality of food.
