Absolutely love the hot dogs. I used to only get the cheeseburgers until I tried the hot dogs one day. Would 100% everything on them! And if your feeling cheesy I recommend getting the cheese fries! The large fry is a good size. Water is also very good here!

It has been years, at least 10, since I’d eaten at a Portillo’s restaurant. Cutting to the chase… My half-dipped, Italian Beef w sweet peppers sandwich and small sized crinkle cut fry was on point! My mouth watered, non stop, until I was completely finished. Then, top wash it down… I enjoyed a complimentary large Barqs Root Beer soda!

The service is horrible, I put big Italian beef gravy on side and cut in half. They did none of that. I didn’t even order at rush hour. How hard it can be to get an order right? Most importantly they are skimpy with beef and pepper even I paid one dollar for it

Man, I haven’t been to a bad Portillo’s yet. The Chicago style food is excellent. Always hot and reminds me of home. The Chicago dogs and hot roast beefs. And the desserts, What? Are you kidding me??? And here’s the kicker, you won’t find another place this quick and tasty for less money. Reccomend!

I am a huge fan of Portillos but this location has been in steady decline for quality of service. 20 min in the drive thru for 2 jumbo hot dogs??? No special order. They only entered 1 dog when I ordered 2, then tried to give me only one dog saying they already gave me one.
