The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. No five stars since the tall fat kid who took my orders on the phone and give me my food sucks and rude. I’ll visit again, but I don’t want to deal with him ever!

Not impressed. The kid who took my order was very friendly and polite. However, the food was not good at all. Ordered the yakisoba noodles with chicken. The noodles reminded me of top ramen and were completely saturated with sauce and the chicken was ok. As for any veggies, there was a little cabbage and carrots mixed in and a few pieces of raw broccoli on top. Wouldn’t recommend. Should have gone down the street to Panda Express.

Like going for dinner at your Japanese family or friend’s house, the simple food at this restaurant is so fresh, and so delicious, you’ll come back again and again. Try the tempura for a taste of what food deep fried in clean, fresh oil should taste like, with no hint of grease and no off putting aftertaste. The neighborhood has gone to ruin, but the restaurant hangs on , to my relief. Don’t know where I would go to be fed properly if this place was lost!

I called around multiple places to order about 45 plates of teriyaki chicken. The first two places almost made it seem like I was an inconvenience for them. Then I called Portland Teriyaki and spoke with them. The man I spoke with Soon, was super enthusiastic to help us. He even offered to go purchase some 2 liter bottles of soda and provided them at cost for us. He was great to deal with! Overall a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely use them for our company lunches again!

I’ve never visited this place in-person because I always ordered delivery, but Portland Teriyaki is by far my favorite Teriyaki restaurant in the area. The chicken, the sauce, and the amount of sauce is perfect. The rice is a perfect consistency. Their vegetables are delicious and this place is part of the reason I fell back in love with cooked cabbage. The prices are fair for the quantity of food you get.
