Keeping it Real
The pizza is really good. However, I don’t know how they charge for sales tax tho. Sometimes my pizza is $18.50 for an extra Large and other times it’s $19.00. It says pizza is $16.35 for an extra Large and sales tax is 10.25 % in HP. I guess it just depends who’s working the register. I also get different charges for extra sauce. Sometimes it’s free, other times it’s 50 cents and one time it was $1.00.

Food is waaaay overpriced. 18.99 for some chicken Alfredo. Yes it’s very good, way better then most restaurants but that price is crazy. Maybe 13.50 but 18.99 cmon man thats crazy. What kind of hen is being used.

I ordered their shrimp alfredo and was nothing but pleased. Despite the food coming relatively warm, it also had an odd odor and the shrimp looked slightly undercooked. The rest looked normal, so my partner who I ordered it for, ate it any way. He was sick within a few minutes. Ended up throwing up nonstop for about two hours. I tried calling the place to report this, but the employee gave no name and proceeded to hang up on me once I mentioned he had gotten sick from their food. The last thing I’d recommend is ordering from this place, they clearly have no orderly conduct and no responsibility towards their actions. My partner is horribly ill and may have to go to the ER. Salmonella is literally deadly and they won’t even talk to me about it. Absolutely horrible establishment. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service. I should’ve steered clear from this place from the reviews I read. The lady is too overwhelmed or just lacks the capacity to deliver good or even ok customer service. She plain sux. I place an order over the phone and when I arrive she can’t find it! So I place it again. I opted out of the wings because the kitchen area was in shambles. Food on the ground, no gloves for the cooks and just chaos. I will not be back here again. Oh and I swear one of the workers looked like she was 10 years old.
