Honesty IS the Key!
Terrible!! If I could give them negative points I would. I had to throw everything in the garbage. This was my first time here. I went in and I wanted to order the Risoto. They haven’t had it in awhile. Ok so I decided to place and order to go. Two medium pizzas, cheese and a pepperoni one. An old fashioned chicken ravioli, side salad and for dessert a tiramisu. Everything was horrible. I will never go there again. With tip I paid almost a $100 for all that just to toss it in the garbage. I recommend going elsewhere. I love Italian food and this was not Italian. Go to the Bucatini or Giradi’s Osteria both are in Edmonds. There food are fabulous! Trust me! I called and complained, never heard back from the manager. UPDATE: LOL left me a message online saying I have a $25 credit for my bad experience. What a joke!! Like I would ever go back! Thanks but no thanks! Very bad customer service!

Hi, so basically one of my friends had recommended this restaurant to me so I decided to go there with my family for dinner. Right away as we entered the restaurant the aesthetic of the restaurant was awesome, it gave a homey vibe. All of the employees there were so kind and amazing! They have a great menu full so many choose from. And from everything we got all of it tasted delicious. Overall it was a delightful experience, my family and I would most definitely come here again. I would 100% recommend coming to Portofinos Restaurant And Bar.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Portofinos Restaurant and Bar with my family, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was better than the last. The shrimp pasta was cooked to perfection, the pizza was delicious, the salad was fresh and flavorful, the spaghetti was perfectly al dente, and the cream brule and cheesecake were the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a family dinner. The lighting was warm and inviting, and the decor was elegant and sophisticated. Overall, I highly recommend Portofinos Restaurant and Bar to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, customer service, and ambiance are simply unmatched. okay… I am shocked to see negative reviews for this place. The food is great. Genuinely some of the best pizza I’ve tried in edmonds. I think it’s pan pizza which is my favorite. They also use freshly made pasta and everything I’ve tried has been tasty! The marinara tastes like my great grandma made it (in a good way lol) it gave me such nostalgia. As far as customer service, the bartender that served us was excellent. He really knew what he was doing. I always like to have bartenders surprise me, and he rolled with it and made me the most amazing amaretto sour! He was funny and seemed to enjoy his job which always makes me so happy to see. This is officially my favorite restaurant in edmonds. 10/10 recommend
