Food was absolutely delicious!! We were driving through the area, and I found them on google because my son wanted some pizza and this place definitely did not disappoint! We are super picky pizza eaters, but absolutely loved it! We will definitely being making frequent trips out here although we are from Ohio. My son got the cincy chili cheese pizza ( he’s very picky and usually only eats cheese ) he absolutely loved it! I got the cheese and the cheese was amazing! You can tell they have good quality ingredients! Hubby got the Hawaiian pizza and loved it! Cinnamon rolls and bread sticks were also on point! & the pizza sauce is fresh! The staff was absolutely amazing as well! We ate in and ordered right when they got a rush but our food came quickly and hot & fresh! Our waiter was super friendly and very welcoming! He checked on us very frequently despite having a lot of orders! We wish we had a waiter like that everywhere we go! We DEFINITELY recommend this place to everyone! Very friendly, inviting, great food, and great atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back!

We came in mid-late afternoon on a Saturday and there was only 1 other customer. We ordered thin crust pizzas, expecting thin and crispy. Other than the edges, the crust was soggy and floppy, and consequently unable to hold the toppings when eating a slice. Also, not much flavor. The menu sounds better than the actual food tastes.

Wrong ingredients on pizza, pizza dough was cooked on a sheet that had water on it so entire pizza was soggy and mushy. Couldn’t even pick up. Used to be one of my favorite pizza places in over the past six months has been extremely downhill. Will be ordering from the Florence store from now on.

We love their food. Calzones are out of this world. Do not feel welcome when I walk in, and the dining room always looks like it is not finished. We do carryout. I cannot see myself dining in. Also, when ordering online, extra sauce is .50 a cup, when I picked up the last order, I had forgotten to order extra ranch, so I asked for 2 when picked up order, which was $52, they said sure, but we have to charge you. I said no problem. Thinking $1. Nope, $2.12 for 2 little cups of ranch, after placing a $52 order. I was very disappointed. The reason didn’t make sense, but, I will definitely buy and bottle and keep on hand. Won’t mame that mistake again.

I haven’t eaten at this place so I’m not writing about their food quality. The atmosphere is very peaceful. However, I want doordashers to know that some of their orders may get kicked to one of their other locations and doesn’t notify the app when it happens. If you are a door Dasher and decide to take the delivery be sure to call the location and make sure the order is there.

Third experience here. Ordered online, told the order would be ready at 6:05pm at Crescent Springs. Got there at about 6:15. Order wasn’t ready. Had the inside closed for a private event (which was noisy and had lots of drinks on display, but that’s not the point). It was close to 6:30 before the order was ready. The staff was apologetic but clearly focused on the private party. On the way home the pizza box oozed so much grease it left a stain on my pants. I took pictures of the inside of the pizza box and the whole bottom of the box was saturated with grease. The food was fine. And we’ll probably be back. But the service and quality tonight was below what we expected.
