The quality of this restaurant was so high that I started having flashbacks to my time in Nigeria. I gave it a 9 out of 10, despite the fact that the wait was prolonged because the dish had to be freshly prepared. I wish every store had the same level of customer service they did because it was excellent.

I stumbled across this gem on my way back from an event. I stopped in to have a look & was greeted by Chef Ola. He was super nice & took time to walk me through the menu & make recommendations. The place was clean with a nice vibe and music. I was served a drink while I waited, which wasn’t long (15mins). I ordered the suya fries & lamb dish, which came with a side of plantains & fried rice. The lamb was perfection (though small in size), and the serving of rice was generous. I do wish the plantain was sliced at angle instead of circles, but it was still delish. I’ll definitely be back.

He has exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Egusi with pounded Yam and this delicious Mint Hibiscus lemonade.

Had a delicious and fun group meal at Posi’s! The staff were very friendly over the phone and in person in preparing for seven of us to come. Food was so delicious: savory and spicy, and earned our West African friend’s seal of approval. Will definitely return!

Ordered take out late in the evening for the first time. Even with it being the end of the night the service was great and everything was delicious. We had the chicken, the jollof rice, honey beans, hibiscus mint tea, and the meat pie. I would order everything again. Thanks for the great dinner and service!

Amazing atmosphere. While waiting to order, the music in the background was nice and smooth. The food was delicious! I ordered Egusi Soup and FuFu. Delicious and I will definitely be back for more. I’ve already spread the word to my family and friends. I Love when I find a good restaurant.

Very nice place. They really went the extra mile to make folks feel nice in the space. The food is very good. Only thing is if you don’t have experience with this cuisine it can be hard to order.

Cute family-run restaurant serving West African favorites. The Moin Moin and jollof rice were fabulous. Reminded me of my time in Nigeria. A great addition to Mount Vernon, Baltimore.

Best Equsi and jollof rice in Baltimore hands down. A little expensive but it’s worth it compared to other places in town. I drive 40 min every other day to get this food. It’s like a drug cause I just can’t stop craving it for some reason.
