had 2 slices there–chill vibes and nice ppl. Crust was crispy and had that nice crack when folded. Right amount of toppings. Don’t see NY style pizza like this in Seattle that often

We got pepperoni and veggie daily slices. The crust was very crisp and nicely charred. The latter is perhaps a downside for people who are not into charred spots on their pizza. We also got one of their veggie hoagies, which was absolutely delicious. Great spot, would recommend if you’re looking for NYC-style pizza.

What a hidden gem this pizza spot is! I got the recommendation from J. Kenji López-Alt and it was one of the best slices I’ve had. Light, perfectly charred bottom, and ZERO flop.

I love going here for a quick lunch bite. They have a few chairs and tables inside where you can dine. They sell pizzas by the slice but I also brought a whole pizza to the office once, which we also enjoyed. Friendly service as well.

Awful. Crust was horribly burnt along the outside and tough in the middle. Toppings (what few there were) were a joke and it tasted like powdered cheese. Took me back to the cheap Chef Boyardee of my youth—the pizza dinner I actually turned down whenever it was on the dinner menu. I truly wish I could give this zero stars. And the COST?! Absolutely NOT a “bargain!” My family of 4 is still hungry after attempting to eat the 18” pizza—1/3 of which was just a charred mess. “Disappointing” is the introductory description. Disgusting is the close out. These pictures truly don’t do justice to how bad it was.

The only 5 star pizza in Seattle. It nailed the crust, sauce, and cheese. Crust is crispy yet chewy with the perfect amount of char. Sauce tastes fresh with a nice acidity I haven’t seen anywhere else in the city, and not too sweet. The cheese is ample and covers the whole slice (looking at you neopolitan style pizzas).

I have to say, Post Alley Pizza is one of the best pizza places I’ve tried in Seattle. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The rustic decor, the warm lighting, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

This is pizza worth walking a couple extra blocks for. One bite, you know the rules… good crunch, no flop, minor char, modest amount of sauce and cheese in a good way. 8.1
