Portions and flavor of Red Beans were Great! Disappointed with the The Mac and Cheese as it was very very dry. And couldn’t even taste the cheese. Disappointed with the Bread pudding. Even though it was flavorful the portion size provided at the price charge is very disappointing. $3.95 for a Very small slice and hardly any Rum Sauce and not worth the money for dessert.

We ordered the jambalaya with 2 sides and the pastlaya with 2 sides and both tasted great. Heaping portions which was good for leftovers! Guys working were super friendly. Clean dining area.

Very nice staff and a clean good-looking restaurant. Quick and affordable with nice portions. The jambalaya was good but not great, and the pastalaya came out greasy. What’s with spaghetti noodles for that? White beans were fantastic, chicken stew was great, but the worst macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Surely must have been an off day, it couldn’t stay that bad.

Ordered their chicken stew. Quite tasty. Price is reasonable as well. Will come back again.

Not gonna be back. The jambalaya was dry and bland, the macaroni and cheese was just macaroni no cheese, and the potato salad was barely cooked potatoes sliced and tossed in mayo and pepper. The gumbo was sad and almost flavorless as well. Plus I’m pretty sure I got over charged for everything.

Y’all might have forgot to add my banana pudding, but ya sure didn’t forget to add the flavor! I came here a few minutes after closing but they still took my order anyways. Fella said, “you bouta eat real good my dude”, and he was not lying. I got jambalaya and beans and gumbo/rice and there was so much food in there that I was able to eat off it for 2 days. Perfect, simple and delicious food with just enough spice to make it flavorful. For being the last order of the day, I was surprised by how great everything was. I drove an hour away before I finally ate and the food was still plenty warm enough to eat. I’m from Cincinnati, so idk how much I know about good Cajun food, but this sure seems to be a great place to get it. Wish we had a place like this back home. Keep doin what y’all do, cuz y’all doin it right! I’ll be back for that banana pudding, one day
