May 2023. After being at the beach for almost a month we wanted to try something different! We found this pho place to be refreshing and unique. The Vietnamese coffee was amazing! I got the combination pho (P1 on the menu). I liked everything except the tripe, but it was still good to try something new! The broth tasted amazing. The server was quick and very sweet. Food tasted fresh and had tons of flavor. We are southern folks trying to taste some new flavors. I’d recommend it!

Interesting take on Vietnamese food. During lunch, there was a very long wait to be seated due to the establishment being understaffed although there was adequate seating. There was also a long wait for food and the Steamed Rice with Grilled Pork left much to be desired. The Grilled Pork itself was very fatty to my satisfaction and the food coloring left a stain. Overall, the experience was inadequate due to the high prices and less than welcoming atmosphere due to lack of staff.

I won’t give others a 1-star rating. This is a very bad experience. The service attitude is extremely poor. When the food was delivered, the bowl was almost slammed directly on the table. I don’t know if she is the boss’s daughter. Then Not a few pieces of meat in my beef noodles were tendon and tendon. The soup is very thick, the kind that will make you fat if you drink it. At first, I went to the bubble tea shop next door. Empty, no customers, the fried spring rolls delivered were burnt, as if they had been fried in a fire, no wonder compared to the shop next door, they have no customers

Loved the pho here. Very tasty! Spring rolls were good. Boba drinks were good too. Didn’t take too long to get our food. Would love to come by again if we’re in town. Service was great by these 2 ladies at dinner.

Best Vietnamese food in the area! Clean place, friendly people, spring rolls with peanut sauce were huge and delicious. Several offerings of rice noodles and meats and veggies. Did not try pho yet. Definitely recommend!

The waitress asked if we wanted a midim or a large bowl of pho? She said a medium is really small. So we ordered large ones. They came out really small and the soup didn’t have the aroma of the five spices and flavor was so bland and fat was floating on top. The worst bowl of pho I had ever had. I didn’t bother taking pictures of the bowl. One and last time!!!!

During my travel schedule in Alabama, I chose this restaurant because I heard it has very good Vietnamese cuisine. I have come to learn about it. I am really satisfied with the taste and decoration of the dish. I highly recommend the Vietnamese Fried Egg Rolls, Bun bo hue and Vietnamese Pho!

pho never goes wrong! the place was quiet when we walked in. got their vegetarian pho and i was terribly pleased by the amount of vegetables they offered. a medium could fill two people like me who have small appetites. the place was well kept and clean. our waitress was very kind and so were the other staffs. will have to come back to try more of their dishes.
