This 4/5 is specifically for the awesome Pulled Pork Nachos and for our friendly waitress. Other parts were less impressive.

This place smells great when you first walk in. Only a few tables were taken so we were able to get a table right away. Even though there were more people seated at the bar than at the tables, there was no bartender around. The server brought out the regular menu and the small brunch menu. We ordered the nachos for the appetizer. I ordered the smoked brisket hash with scrambled eggs from the brunch menu. The portion sizes were good. The flavor of the food was OK. The plain layer of brisket was a bit plain. The brisket needed something like possibly some barbeque sauce on the side. The overall service was OK. Our server stopped by several times to check on us. The parking lots were full, and this place was relatively empty. I wonder where else everyone was going.

Been here several times along with many other BBQ joints around town and pot liquor is up there with the best of them. The service was acceptable the food came out hot and was delicious. I definitely recommend it if you’re in the area

Food was okay. Had a bit of sticker shock. Gave a good portion but I was less than impressed with the taste of it. Service was decent.

We had Beef & Cheddar, Sweet Potato Fries, KC Style Burnt Ends and Corn Succotash. There was a thing wrong with our meals. Fast service, friendly service and the food arrived hot!!! Would go back in a minute if I didn’t live in Michigan. A friend who lives in Las Vegas took us to this place! Also the prices were great!!

I’ve been here for lunch a few times so I can’t speak to dinner, but the food I’ve had has been great. Atmosphere is very nice, this is a modern space in Town Square so it’s a bit commercial but nicely done.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. I wasn’t expecting to find great BBQ in this part of the country, but this is pretty legit all in all. The brisket was good, the spareribs were really good, and the baby backs were excellent. The candied yams were just like my grandma made, and the green beans were perfect. Just the right amount of salt and still crisp. I highly recommend.

I love this restaurant. Yummy in my tummy! The collard greens remind me of my mother’s greens when I was a little girl. That happens to be the restaurants namesake… Pretty clever and interesting, educational as far as culture goes. Try out the Memphis-style dry-rubbed spareribs! you don’t even need BBQ sauce… Yes, they’re that good!! I recommend this to anyone reading this!!

This place is by far the best place for ribs and the best Yams ever. The food is so excellent that I feel like I had been deprived of great tasting food in any other place. I don’t know how there is not lines out the door. This place is so great that I believe once it’s well know, movie stars, famous people would come over all from the world just to try this food. I have the full rack of dry ribs and believe me when i say it, its like an orgasm in my mouth. I literally can’t get over the fact that the food is this great. Did I say it was great but better than great. I challenge each and everyone of you to come down and order the full dry ribs and yams and the lager shandy with lemonade and I guarantee you will have an orgasm in your mouth as well. So freakn delicious!!
