The gumbo did not taste like gumbo it tasted like a soup, no spice. The Jambalaya was full of meat, but does not taste anthing like Louisiana food. I would not recommend if your used to real Louisiana Gumbo and Jambalaya with the spicy and rich flavors. Go somewhere else. Unless they were just having a off day. I hardly touched my food. The corn tasted like it came from a can and had very little seasoning. My husband will usually eat anything and he didn’t like his food. Jambalaya he ate some of rice and then picked out the meat.

The food will definitely fill you up. The staff is nice. They give you a good portion sized meal. Unfortunately The food didn’t have a lot of flavor. it didn’t taste bad it just didn’t have any wow factor. It was more of an okay it’ll do kind of meal. My corn had more flavor than my jambalaya

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Each of the dishes was lightly spiced if it all. I’ve had better jambalaya as well as red rice and beans at other places in Louisiana. This version seemed to me made for the foreign masses.
