I had their spicy barbecue French fries yesterday and I liked it. They have an unique style of making potato fries and they tastes delicious. It was inexpensive and did not take long after ordering it to their stall. They located in South Plain Mall food court. Anyone living around Lubbock fancies French fries should taste it.

I usually love this place but last time the staff was very unfriendly. I ordered and waited for a couple minutes and then went over to grab some pretzels, when i went back to check if my order was done and the employees were standing there talking so i figured it wasnt done. i went back to get the pretzels me and my friend were waiting for. When i went back to get my order with no there interaction the girl said “we called you a few times” and walked away. My friend stated before i did that the employee was rude.

Bought some fries today around 8pm, very empty food court so the service was fast. The guy was very kind and helped me understand a lot of the flavors and combinations and styles and whatnot. On top of that he offered me a couple of samples!! Hard to find good customer service nowadays but that place gets it to a T!! Will definitely come back and I recommend 100%!!
