Found a hair in the fries i had just bought. Cashier was very rude, sipping a drink while taking my order. Girls were both on their phones. When i returned with the fries and pictures of the hair i was told i could not get a refund and none of them had “that type of hair”. I couldn’t get ahold of the store, and was told i couldn’t speak to a manager. i was suppose to be getting a call back the following day from the manager, did not receive a call. customer service is terrible! found a hair in my fry, and was told they could not do anything about it. I explained to them how much of an inconvenience it was and how disturbing it was to find a hair in my fry. and they waived it off and proceeded to say, they can not, and will not do anything about it.

Rude manager!! I dint know who she was so i asked her to get the manager, very bad customer service , she is rude and rude again, who ever is the owner I would check on her, and also she is by far super unprofessional to the young adults working there, i waited for my food for a while,I was observing, and she just says and treats them with no respect , just rude, I feel bad for all the young adults working in the environment, and to the owner they loose good employees for bad management

Horrible. My husband who is very healthy got so sick from eating their chicken wings. He is suffering from the food poisoning and having to work though it. I am so grateful that I only ate two lil bites and got somewhat nauseous, but my health is not as his is.

potato corner is the best fries because they are flavored and this store is still open i don’t know why it says closed but they are not…. my favorite is loopy fries with bbq and sour cream and onion mixed together. i highly recommend.
