My mother and I are here on vacation. And we stayed at the hotel down the street so we decided to grab a bite before starting out drive home. We came in and the place was a mess counter tops were sticky, floor filthy, the drink station area dirty, it just didn’t feel welcoming right off the bat. I the got in line and placed my order the first gentleman who took my order was very nice then I had to go down to a taller gentleman for my sandwich toppings, he was very emotionless I felt like I was a bother to him I asked for mayo he put 2 drops, literally 2 drops on my moms sandwich. Then when I went to Pay I was going to hand him cash and he goes “you don’t have card” I was shocked I have worked in restaurants and retail I own a catering business and venue you just don’t speak to customers in that tone. I understand we hall have bad days but leave that at home. This potbelly sandwich shop needs to help and management.

I placed an online order to be picked up last night, August 22nd 2023, when I went to pick it up, I was informed they didn’t have any of the items I ordered. I asked for a refund since they already charged my card. I was told I needed to do it online. So while I was in the shop, I went online to try and request my refund and was struggling. I asked the guy if he could help he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know how. I asked if there was a corporate number I could call and he pointed to the card on the counter, so I called and it was a store number and of course nobody answered. So I looked back on the website and it read that if you needed to change or cancel an order to call the store. I asked the man if he would cancel my order, I was told no. I told him if he didn’t do something I would call the police, he ignored me. So I called the police. Now I am still trying to get a hold of the store and no answer. I will be reaching back out to the police as I am doing as the police officer instructed. I urge you not to go to this potbelly. They have absolutely no customer service and are extremely rude. I have tried calling corporate but can’t seem to speak to a live person.

Up until like two weeks ago it was my favorite sandwich place. No fault of theirs just ran into a better sandwich. So second now but that being said, I would eat here without question. The shipwreck? is my favorite I think but hard to decide. I was on vacation in February and ate at a potbelly in the airport. Great way to start a trip! I am a huge fan of this franchise and will be back. Always tastes great and employees are top notch.

I wish I had come here sooner. I needed something quick so I swung in here without enthusiasm. However, the experience blew my expectations away. The sandwiches are excellent! I enjoyed the Mediterranean with chicken and it had a great balance of bread and moisture. The texture was pleasurable, and I don’t often get that experience. Also, the two gentlemen working inside were super nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

It’s a terrible place to get food. The managers there are always on the phone. Last time, I got a sandwich with rotten chicken. They have stopped making shakes for a few months, but they still keep the items on the menu.

My bf grabs lunch from here almost every day while at work and sometimes he even comes home for lunch and surprises me with it! The bread is ALWAYS fresh as are the ingredients! They have great sandwiches and the one time I had their soup it was AWESOME! Thanks for always having prompt service and delicious food!!! You guys are the best!!!
