A pretty good spot located inside the terminal D of the Washington Dulles Airport, with some nice variety of sandwiches to pick from. Today while having a layover at Dulles, I went there to grab something quickly. And I had a sandwich called Pizza Melt and it was a good call. Tasted good, a bit hot but ok .

Similar to Subways, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, etc. Had the “A Wreck” footlong. Was good, expected the $15 price due to DC metro area airport locale. Sandwich artisan was corteous and sub was made fast.

What horrible service. It’s Tuesday morning 6 June 2023. The young lady working was one of the worst customer service reps we have had in a while. What made it even worse was that the manager ( young man) was just as bad! Bad leadership, bad followers. It’s the airport. I get it…. We are global travelers and have seen the best and the worst. We own several businesses and one of them is a restaurant which has over 200 rates and all ( but 1) are five stars. Why?? We make sure EVERYONE feels like family the moment they walk in the door. Even if this place was the only place open, if I saw these two jokers I would not eat there. OWNER of this shop.. these two are hurting your business. Get rid of them. They don’t appreciate the opportunity you have given them. YOU HAVE A Captive audience. You don’t need people like this ruining your businesses. They will only chase any chance of returning customers away! Then they argue because they want more money!! We are first timers and would not return if we see them there. Sorry you have employees like this. They will kill your business. You’re better off with people who are dying to work for you. Working at the airport is an incredible opportunity which they don’t appreciate. Get rid of them and get rid of problems. Good luck. Sorry for the 1 star. Happy to change when you change employees.

I was so happy to see Potbelly’s. I was exhausted and glad to know I could get food for the next day, Knowing that my refrigerator was empty and everything in yes! New York would be closed when I got there. They prepared generous sandwiches, I got 2 and a milkshake.

They acted indignantly for not tipping them for making me two lousy sandwiches. The pizza melt had raw portabello on it. It was $40 for chips drink and two small sandwiches and zero service so why am I expected to tip? Gross place.

The turkey fresco was so refreshing as an alternative to the airport burger. We also ordered a ham and swiss, the cheese was melted perfectly and so fresh and clean tasting. The cookies I did stay away from the look addicting. Two drinks and sandwiches for 18 bucks a real win!

Priced as expected. But Out of almost all of the “free” toppings (apparently common since they have them covered up on the menu). Room temperature bottled drinks ($4). Don’t expect normal Potbelly quality at this one!
