The food deserves 4 stars as it always seems to be fresh and tasty. The issue is with the staff who are rather rude and blame any mistakes in your order on you, rather than just politely solving it with a simple comment such as “I’m not sure what happened, and I’m sorry that you got the wrong sandwich/drink/whatever. I’d be happy to remake it for you if you come back in.” Instead, expect rudeness, arguments, and having to fight to get them to agree to make what was actually ordered. Whoever is answering the phone (the manager?) could use some customer service and diffusion lessons.

Ample space to eat inside, place is clean. Potbelly sandwiches tastes good, try wheat bread and don’t forget to ask hot peppers if you would like to add bit spice to your sandwich. I am not a big fan of their soups. When we visited this shop, I felt like this is seriously short staffed as there are only 2 guys struggling to serve weekend customers. But they were fast, we didn’t wait longer.

Absolutely horrible service. Glared at five year old son for asking for a grilled cheese apparently because “the machine wasn’t on.” Threw the sandwitch on the floor and then cursed me out in Spanish. Food was bland and over done with onions. Price was ridiculous over $60 for three simple sandwitches. Will never come back.

Good sandwiches but WAY too expensive now. Paying $11.69 to over $12 for a sandwich is just too much. Will go back to Santinis where most of their subs are $9.95 plus they’re bigger. See ya!

This place is consistently good. Been here over a dozen times. Ordered a milkshake today (12/18) and noticed the milk they used had 12/15 written on it. Milkshake didn’t taste as good as usual but I’d still come back.
