Potbelly, the company, is the most inconsistent service and food quality. One day it’s an amazing sandwich, the next day they give you 1 and 1/2 slices of Salami on your Italian with some vegetables smashed into the middle of the sandwich. I’m so done with the inconsistency of this company.

Great experience here recently! We walked in for a weekday lunch and did not experience any delays or issues. Counter staff was friendly and efficient with fulfilling our order. Our food was great, as usual with Potbelly! The BLTA sandwich is satisfying and tasty. Perfect portions and flavor. Too hungry to snap photos, once again. After finishing our meal and walking out, it was funny to see a random portrait of hometown celebrity, JC Chasez on the wall. Give this place a try for a great lunch!

food was great but on august 23, 2023 lady with flowered dress was very rude as soon as you walk trew the bag of bread almost on my face while i was on the line looking at my sandwich , cashier with glasses was also very rude . please consider nice people when hiring we as a cuatomer do not come with the intention no offend or make someones bad day

I visited this location for the very first time today. The two elderly ladies working behind the counter were extremely unprofessional and rude. The younger staff members (2 men and a women), who were very helpful, even seemed embarrassed by the ladies’ behavior. If customer service is not your thing, please seek a different profession.

Everyone giving this place a 1-star review has their expectations set way too high for fast food. Relax, Karen! Yes this place is slow. Yes the workers aren’t particularly friendly (you would be, too, if you were paid minimum wage). However, the food is so good that it’s silly to act like the antics aren’t worth it. I’ll happily wait for that Italian sandwich again. 10/10.

The staff acted like I was a huge inconvenience trying to order and pay for food. Very bad vibes and rude which I don’t understand because I’m not sure how he thinks he gets paid. And go punish me for ordering a sandwich I guess I got one piece of each type of meat. It was my first time trying potbelly and I hear it’s very good so it can’t be standard to sell such a sandwich so I will try it again and maybe I will get lucky and not agitate the staff

The lady who prepared our milkshakes did not wear any gloves. While preparing our order, a crew came in (maybe from his break) with his soda & placed his cup inside the freezer with the store ice cream. So UNSANITARY. I waited for my order for about 20 minutes. There were 3 people behind me got their sandwiches first. Service was very slow.
