Potbelly sandwich place is worth visiting and enjoying delicious sandwiches. We ordered steakhouse beef hot sandwich with chips & drink. Unfortunately the customer before us wrongly picked up ours. The lady who prepared the sandwich, quickly intervened to correct the order for the prior customer but also prioritized to make remake our sandwich. It was undoubtedly an awesome customer service act, we were truly appreciative and like it. Thanks to the lady and store manager or supervisor.

I ordered the Mediterranean anf they didnt have hummus (which is like the key ingredient). Ordering took forever because staff were slow, especially the cashier. I paid for a fountain drink only to be told that they were out of lemonade (no attempt was made to refill it or put up a sign that thry were out). Lettuce was wilted. Not going back here.

The customer service at this place leaves much to be desired. The girls behind the counter all seemed sad or angry—all of them! It seemed like no one wanted to work. It was like I was asking them to do me a favor by taking my order. I was standing at the register to pay for the orders, but I had one sandwich that wasn’t finished yet. Although there were 3 people behind the counter, no one moved to get it. I noticed one girl literally saying she was going home. If I go to a place where it seems like the people behind the counter hate my guts, trust me, I won’t come back.

Well, I ordered my food, went down the line to pay, and got yelled at by the employees for doing so. Like literally yelled at as if I was a 6 year old. Then the food is meh, my table is broken, and I can’t use the bathroom because it’s blocked. So they don’t have to clean. I’m here as we speak, that I’m writing the review because how angry I am.

Fun little sandwich shop. The price is decent for DC. They offer soups, sandwiches, shakes and mac n cheese. They offer an order and you build it kind of style, in terms of toppings. Service was ok and the food was good.

Only go here if you are feeling the urge to be treated like dirt. Arrived a few minutes after the opening time announced on the door and the place was empty. Tried ordering 2 sandwiches and were met with surly attitudes from an employee who said she was very busy and could not even estimate when our sandwiches would be tackled. Then the manager came in arrogantly stating that they had a huge order that was worth a lot of money and there was no way they had time for us. We were just about shooed out the door!
